Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Metropolitan City of Bologna

Amazing place and host. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was everything you could think at home. There were various coffee makers. Also the house was clean. We were there on February 14th and Domenico had left wine in the house for us. That is such a delicacy. She was helpful with everything. Highly recommend 💯

The Airbnb was amazing. I loved the modern style, simplistic and minimal. The suite suited our needs and was close to the Fiere and restaurants. Our host was incredible, very responsive and helped us out with whatever questions we had. His book of standards were top notch and easy to understand. 10/10, recommend this to anyone staying in Bologna.

The villa was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We loved the full kitchen. Riccardo made sure to greet us and show us around the villa. The pool was amazing, but above all, they were incredibly helpful and communicative. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommended—will definitely be back again!

We had the most amazing time at this BEAUTIFUL apartment!! Not only was Paolo a gracious host, he was extremely patient and kind. Due to a train strike, we arrived 5 hours later than planned and were tired and exhausted- he greeted us calmly and cheerfully with a bottle of wine and showed us the gorgeous place. Amazing amenities, close to great food and shopping- you really could not find a better place. We will definitely be back. He is an amazing person. I left my camera and he immediately messaged me to arrange a time to get it back to me after we left. Do yourself a favor and book this place. It was the favorite place we stayed in Italy!!!

We enjoyed staying at Matteo's apartment. The apartment is really spacious and has easy space for 4 people. It is in walking distance to the city center (15min to the piazza maggiore) and has lots of cafe's around for breakfast and some restaurants too. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The communication with Matteo was super easy and friendly. Matteo was very responsive and gave useful information. The only thing that needs to be highlighted is the parking situation. But it is not a particular issue of this apartment but the whole of Bologna. There is simply no space at all and if you come by car, expect it to be a pain. The best thing you can do is park in the garage indicated by Matteo or a if you are lucky you find a spot on a paid street parking or parking lot (use Easy Park app to pay and extend your parking). This is the worst city for cars I have ever visited, but Matteo was very clear about that and gave helpful tips what to do.

The window to the world is a great location for those looking for a bit of relaxation and silence from the hectic world. Nadia and Andrea were great hosts, very polite and always available. The house is clean and equipped with all comforts. We also found a pillow for our dog. The cookies made by them are also great. Thanks to Nadia's help, we immediately found the house, which is reached by a narrow and steep road. We will gladly return.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
