Family-friendly vacation rentals in Metairie

The Natchez's was a great location for all activities surrounding NOLA. The condo was clean, and the staff was very responsive when we needed towels for the hot tub and extra blankets. They were easy to work with when ordering groceries. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the Natchez's and look forward to staying there the next time we are in NOLA.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Lovely home, felt very aafe and host was responsive when we had questions or concerns. There is a large dog that lives on the premises but he is a sweetheart. I only mention this so you are aware there may be dog droppings on occasion in the yard. Host was very respectful when I mentioned it and was quick to clean it up. Plenty of towels and beds were so comfy! Will return again. Thanks so much for the hospitality ❤️

Gary’s Tropical Oasis Getaway can’t be best! I could list all the positive features that make Gary’s place truly amazing, but honestly all the other reviews do a good job of that so I’d simply encourage prospective guests to read those. Instead I’ll just say that Gary’s place was so awesome that we decided to extend our stay a couple nights! And the outdoor courtyard pool area had a lot to do with that decision 😎! Luckily we had flexibility with our travel itinerary & luckily the property was available for our extended stay. Thanks Gary & Eduardo!

We had the best time during our stay! Stephen and Heathers house was a perfect “Oasis” to come back to every night! It was actually so nice, a few in our group opted to stay and enjoy the yard instead of heading to the bustling crowds at Jazz Fest! LOL! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home! My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of spending the end of the year and New Year's in New Orleans. Monika was an outstanding host, consistently providing prompt responses and demonstrating a wealth of knowledge about the local area and culture. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and offered ample space for both our puppies and their cages. We look forward to returning for another visit in the future.

I brought my family to celebrate New Year’s. I even bought my miniature schnauzer, and the home did not smell like a dog. It was very clean and of course we left it clean as well. This was a perfect stay highly recommend this home.

Rachel and Brad were fantastic hosts! The location of their home is in a very walkable area highly recommend. The living space was a bit more shared than expected when it came to the noise we were able to hear in the host’s unit next door, but everyone was mindful (guest and hosts) during sleeping hours (9am-9pm) so it wasn’t a big deal!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brenna & Nicks place. Excellent accommodations, great location, very walkable to City Park, trolly, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again if available. Very friendly host, pleasure staying there.

Mandie’s place was perfect for a quick trip. It was easily accessible, clean, and comfortable!

Anne was a delight to communicate with and was extremely flexible regarding checking in and out. Her home was close to the Quarter, and there was plenty to see and experience within the neighborhood of Marigny. I would love to stay here again, it was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with multiple coffee making options. Thanks for a great week, Anne, your home is a gem.

This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something cozy and relaxing for you and your dogs! They were great at communication when we had a question we will be coming back !

We had a great time! Everything you could need was in walking distance. Bus and tram stops just a few block down the street. House was beautiful, and Issac was very accommodating with clear instructions and prompt communication

The property is close to the cable cars, great location. The property itself is pristine, appliances and dishes in great condition. Overall great experience. Host is quick to respond. 10 out of 10 recommend!

What a welcome to NOLA. Highly recommend. Steve and Tamarin were amazing hosts. A lovely property in a great/quiet area of town. Comms from the outset and help getting sorted in advance of our trip went above and beyond. The set up on arrival after a long journey was superb. A home from home. Thanks again both!

Perfect venue for our 3 couples’ weekend getaway. The outdoor space was great for gathering, playing games and sipping cocktails. Milosh was very responsive throughout.

This place was the perfect distance from everything. Walkable but also peaceful. It was very clean and a nice place to relax.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!! Great location. everything is walking distance. Two Bedrooms. Two full baths. Plenty of blankets and pillows. It was very clean. We were able to check in early. The host was very responsive! Absolutely terrific!!!

We rented spencers space for a group New Orleans vacay. The house is gorgeous! So many levels for the ultimate privacy (especially if there are couples and singles in your group). It has a very resort style feel to it, from the toiletries to the decor. The sound system and rooftop is definitely an added plus. We were literally less than 10 minutes away from everything we wanted to do (ie bourbon street etc). The only thing i will say is that the shower in the queen bedroom on the 3rd floor is an open concept shower so there is no shower door. Water gets on the floor so you have to be very careful getting out. Also the linen in that room may need to be upgraded as i did notice a few stains on the sheets. Other than that, it’s a great home!

The place was exactly what we needed. Close to fishing, quiet and clean. Ron had great communication and was quick to respond.
