DC Upscale Condo I had an incredible stay at this upscale condo in North Scottsdale! The location is absolutely perfect—just a couple of minutes from Barrett-Jackson, the Phoenix Open and minutes from beautiful desert hiking trails, and to an indoor pickleball facility. With plenty of local restaurants and events nearby, everything you need is right at your fingertips. The condo itself is stylishly updated and has all the convenient amenities you could ask for. Being on the first floor made it super accessible, and the peaceful patio and bedroom views of the desert landscaping created such a relaxing atmosphere. The host was fantastic—communicative, friendly, and available anytime I had a question. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated stay in Scottsdale

A few of us stayed had plenty of room for us, Rosy was very accommodating and let us do a late check out which was very helpful. A couple things it is next to a busy road so will have some road nosy and the condo above did have a party the night we stayed. Overall it was a good stay! Thanks

Sarah was great to work with. I flew into town earlier than planned and she allowed me to check in early. That was a big deal to me as I was going to run a Spartan race the next day…..which I won! Woohoo! The place was exactly as presented. And important to me, it was definitely clean! Thank you Sarah!

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

Super clean. Comfy Beds. Fast communication. Met all our needs. Will stay here again!

I booked in short notice, Joseph was responsive. answered questions about the area and was informative. great location as well. Close to stores and restaurants.

The place was perfect for me. It is two minutes by car and 10 minute walk to an unbelievable aquatic center/ workout gym. Also a 5 minute walk to stores to buy groceries or to go out for a bite to eat and not to mention morning coffee!!

We had a wonderful stay in Melissa's condo. It was clean and well appointed. The pool area was great. Friendly people!

We loved our stay! Everything was as advertised. The condo was clean, quiet, and in a very nice area. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We loved relaxing in the beautiful pool and hot tub area just steps away from our door. Kevin is a great host!

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

We had a great visit in Scottsdale. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The living room and balcony were spacious. The pool and spa were in great shape. We will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Felt right at home & he made us feel very welcomed & helped and got us a brand new tv because the tv stopped working in the living room. He really made sure our stay was perfect thank you Kyle will definitely recommend & stay with him again when I return thank you

We loved staying at Rajan and Randee's place! It was just as described. They left such clear directions on how to get around locally, including a grocery store that is basically in your backyard (in a good way!). Clear directions on getting to the pool and where to park. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/cups/utensils. The condo is in a great location of Phoenix. I walked to the Arizona Biltmore Fashion Mall one beautiful day. The pool was fantastic! We were visiting in November and we had asked ahead of time if the pool was heated. It was and the kids had a blast. Such a beautiful and quiet complex overall. We would definitely stay again.

Great place, great host, great location! Looks just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Adam was extremely responsive and helpful. Pool was a short walk away and perfect. Neighbors were also friendly, offering us fresh grapefruit from their tree. Old town Scottsdale is just a 15 minute walk away. I highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful home, ample space. The light in the pool was not working which would have provided ambient lighting in the backyard at night.

Great place to gather with friends for a weekend. Nice and close to Old Town. Comfy clean beds. Herbs a great host, will definitely stay again.

The place was a nice staycation away from home especially with the fit pit with the TV in the backyard area. The lights are a nice touch to take you away from feeling like you're in the middle of the city.

One of the cleanest AirBnB's I've ever encountered, and a great value. We visited in winter, and really enjoyed having windows on 2 sides of the unit -- letting in "just enough" cheerful sunshine -- we didn't feel like we were living in a cave. All the windows had good shades/curtains, for those who prefer to keep the rooms dark. HVAC worked well, and my allergies tell me that the air filter was fresh. Host is awesome, extremely responsive and personable. Condo complex is not gated, but was quiet anyway. Big plus for us: unlike many condos, this complex has a RECYCLING BIN! Thank you Paul - we hope to return one day.

Great time with the family at Joe’s place. Great place for 2 families. Backyard is so fun. House is cool, too. Joe was very quick to respond when we couldn’t get the movie room projection TV to work. 5 min later we were enjoying football and movies. Would stay again. Cheers!

Leila was a super host always available for a call or email to ask a question. The house was lovely in a beautiful area with many excellent restaurants near by. She recently put a pool in the back yard and it seems is always trying to make this a great place for guests to enjoy on her property. Excellent and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.
