lovely place, a little smaller than expected and the bathroom is tiny but it was still a better stay than a similarly priced hotel. Host was very helpful and the parking was very convenient.

I stayed in this apartment for two months while in Manchester for work, and it was a great experience overall. The location was perfect—walking distance to my workplace, the city center, and the train station, with a shop nearby for essentials. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The apartment was mostly quiet, warm during winter, and had a comfortable bed. Sheets and towels were washed on request, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The shower had hot water, but the sinks only had cold water. The only downsides were an unpleasant smell at first, likely due to a large trash bin outside the kitchen window, and the apartment being a bit expensive. Despite this, I’d definitely recommend it as a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The place was clean, so close to the town centre and the host was so great at responding quickly. Brilliant value, we didn't expect to get such a goof place when we booked so last minute!

Loved being on Rodney street. Very central, whilst also not too hectic with folks passing by at night n day. Ten mins walk to lime Street and centre of city, whilst also by loads of buses etc to get around. Particularly good price weekdays, which was handy for me to bring my brother for first trip up in 30 years. Windows open a little, which I need for airflow. Good size bedrooms and blackout curtains. Proper oven and fridge freezer so you can cook but also alot of basic and bougie places to eat. A city of character and heart even when students are pouring in 😎

This place was really good, exactly as described. It would be good if the elevator was working but other than that the place was perfect. Peter was especially helpful amd very responsive. With how my first ever experience went i was reluctant to use Airbnb again but after staying in this place and communicating with Peter i think i may use Airbnb again.

All round fantastic place to stay.. really clean, brilliant utilities, brilliant location, and very reasonable price for what you get for a holiday let..

Just fancied the top flat views of the evening lights, not at all disappointed, I was mesmerised with the hussle and bussle, very different to my home. Great flat, roomy, space for kids not to annoy us! Will I go again...yes for sure, ideal place

City superhost’s baltic view flat was absolutely gorgeous, it was nice and spacious, well maintained and have excellent amenities. City superhost was extremely good at communicating with us and answering any questions we had and would recommend this lovely one bed flat to anyone looking for a stay in a slightly quieter part of Liverpool with only a short walk to the city centre, m&s bank arena, food outlets and shops. We have just returned home from a wonderful vacation. The location was key and walkable to everything we needed. The area was safe and fairly quiet. We couldn’t turn the heat on when we arrived, the host was quick to help us fix the problem, we were worried about the noise through the windows but weren’t bothered by it at all once your in bed which has the tv area you can’t hear any street noise at all. The TV had many program options. We will definitely be back to stay again!!! Thanks so much.

The description of the apartment was spot on. It is perfect for one or two people. Modern, light, comfortable and clean. It is in a fantastic location if you are visiting the City. Rodney Street itself is a storied street in Liverpool. It is about 200m from Bold Street which features a terrific selection of restaurants from the £ to £££. I would recommend Maray: excellent cooking and service. I walked miles during my few days in Liverpool - Cathedrals, docks, football stadium, museums, concert halls and restaurants. I tried them all and had a great time. This apartment was part of the reason for the trip being so enjoyable. I would recommend

Convenient location near buses to downtown, in the shadow of the LFC stadium for you football fans. The space was comfortable even sharing with 6-7 others. Recommend.

Good place to stay for any worker/ professional. Just a bit too far away from my place of work or I would have stayed.
