Great stay in lively neighborhood, no issues.

This was our first stop on our very first trip to Italy. We loved Napoli and staying here was fantastic! It was walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. It was also close to local sights and transportation. Thank you for sharing your home.

A group of 8 of us stayed for 4 nights for my daughter’s wedding locally. The only problem I had was that I didn’t want to leave! Rosaria’s home was very convenient for all amenities. The area is beautiful. The villa was clean, comfortable and very secure. Rosaria was extremely welcoming. Thank you very much

The hosts did all they good to support an enjoyable, hassle-free stay. The check-in was smooth and very flexible. The hosts were immediately responsive and helpful when unfortunately there was a drainage problem in one of the showers. And the place is as shown and very comfortable, in a top location. We all slept very soundly on comfy mattresses. Thanks for a great stay, we'd happily come again!

Our stay was overall very good! Breakfast was brought every day, and the house felt cosy and safe. One small issue is that one of the bedrooms functions as the entrance hall, but as we were travelling in a family group this was not an issue!

Karmen was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always responsive and eager to assist. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and fully functional. I would highly recommend this place. One thing to note about the neighborhood (Centro Storico): while it's a great choice for first-time visitors to Naples, it may not be for everyone. The area has a very old, distinctive charm that might feel quite different from the rest of Italy, or even other parts of Naples. It’s not a safety issue, but it does take a bit of adjustment to the unique scenery. Lastly, while the building itself is quite old and might raise concerns upon arrival, the loft inside is fully renovated and modern, providing a wonderful contrast

Excellent location in the middle of historic center. 5 minute walk to either the main street with tons of restaurants or a supermarket. Metro line 2 is also close and connects you to the main station. Taxis can't likely take you 100% of the way due to the tiny streets but they can get within 5 minutes walk. The host was amazing and full of useful tips and info. Flexible on check in and check out. Greeted us with Italian wine and my kids with milk! My wife needed assistance with an injured knee from a few days earlier in Pompeii and Piera was quick to help find out ER times and help translate a note to the local pharmacy. A great stay!

We had a great week at Carmine’s apartment. The house, garden and private terrace were lovely and it must be really beautiful in the warmer months. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The living area had all the amenities you would need for short and long stays. As it was cold we had electric blankets on the super cosy bed… this was much appreciated. The family are very welcoming. We were gifted with wine and lovely pastries on arrival. There were also plenty of basic food items to use. Additionally there was an abundance of toiletries! Carmine and Elena were so responsive. The kettle stopped working and we were provided with another immediately. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to these lovely hosts. As expected Naples is just fantastic. So much to see and do. Easy access to the metro minutes from the apartment. There is a beautiful and enormous park nearby if you have a dog. We were grateful to our hosts for allowing us to bring our two dogs. We loved it!

This apartment is so great that it makes us want to settle down there for the rest of our lives. It's bright and spacious. It has a cozy living room, a kitchen and a lovely bedroom. It's quiet and clean. It's perfectly located, just across the street from the metro and has everything around the block: supermarkets, restaurants, a coffee bar named Leopoldo (make sure you don't miss their amazing pastries). The host Luca is a delightful and warm-hearted gentleman. He prepared everything for us and when we needed something more, he brought them to us in person. Thank you Luca. It was a lovely stay!

Gianluca was a nice host, kind with flexible check-in. I only stayed one night but I had a good time, the house is in the center of Naples

Luisa is a very kind and extremely helpful host. I was traveling with my adult son and needed a second bed. By the time to say, 10 minutes later, his bed was made. The day before checkout, we didn't have the option to take a transportation or Uber for a pickup at 4:15 AM. Well, a colleague of his father's moved. I think EXCEPTIONAL is the best qualifier for this welcome.

Very well located apartment to visit Naples . Very clean and well-equipped for several days . Communication with Nunzia was very convenient and enjoyable . This is a beautiful place for a stay in this beautiful city .

We (one single, one couple) chose Fabio's place because we wanted to stay somewhere outside of Naples, that had car parking, and was within easy reach of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorento. We also wanted to stay in a building and neighbourhood with character, so that we felt we had a real Italian experience. Fabio's place ticked all the boxes. It was also close to the Leopardi train station that connects with the Naples metro, as well as Sorento which meant we didn't have to drive everywhere. We weren't disappointed. Fabio lives in an amazing historic building, and is renovating his apartment to reflect the area's heritage. We enjoyed coffee and Sfogliatelle in the cafe opposite, 50cm pizza at La Bruna just down the road, travelled into Naples on the light rail, and enjoyed views of Vesuvius and the coastline from our terrace in the evening. Fabio gave us lots of local information and checked in with us daily to make sure all was well. An interesting stay, in a very unique location.

A very comfortable, super central area. We had a wonderful time with the Hosts who were very helpful. The room is small but cozy, we had a great night's sleep. For two people it is perfect even if I would add extra shelves (both in the bedroom and in the bathroom). The hairdryer was present, but if you need a powerful one, I recommend bringing it from home. In any case, we will gladly return. (ps. they kept our luggage after check-out, which is much appreciated).

We stayed here for 2 days in February 2025 after 12 days in Annamaria’s casetta located on the same (very large) property, when we had an unexpected hiccup with our return flight. I cannot recommend Vomero enough as a location for a longer stay in the city and the B&B’s location within the neighbourhood is perfect, combining tranquility, views and easy proximity to shops and transport via funicular and metro. The room itself is very comfortable, on a separate level to the hosts’ own living area, and includes access to a generously-sized living room. Annamaria and Nicola are warm and gracious hosts in a city of many warm and cheerful folks. We would definitely stay again on the property.

The apartment was great, exaclty how it was descriped. Easy access to Napoli by train, station is not too far. We got help to find a parking place on evening we arrived. Daniela also recommended good restaurants for us. All in all everything worked great, we felt very welcomed. Absolutely would go back if ever visited Napoli again.

We had an excellent stay at this place, the hosts were always very friendly and the room was beautiful and very well located, all taxis arrived in less than two minutes. It is appreciated that they left us food for the days we were there. Highly recommended!

Great location for us as we needed easy access to train station and meeting other activities. Some might think being around centrale is a bit rough but good for our needs. Hosts are nice and very helpful. BNB was clean and comfortable.

Excellent apartment, very well taken care of, the details ok, the well located building, a 30-minute walk from the main locations of Napoli and next to the Materdei Metro station, which connects with the entire city. It was a very satisfying experience, and the host always responded quickly and helped us a lot.

Marilyn’s house looks like the pictures. You have many things around. She is very nice and helpful even if she doesn’t speak English. If I’ll decide to visit again Napoli, I’ll stay at her place again. If you don’t like noise, please chose another apartment because here the “napoletans” are driving cars trough the night also and all the buildings are very close to each other and you car here the cars noises. We had everything we needed. See you next time!
