The house is very close to the lake in a central location. Cleanliness was very good. We did not have any problems in terms of linens, pool, etc. The items were new and had everything we needed. The location of the house is very central. The interior of the house was tastefully selected from its curtain, to the coffee table, from the beds to its ceramics, from the cutlery, to the carpet. Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. Osman was very helpful, thank you Osman.

I would like to thank Egemen. For his foresight and effort against the problems that may arise. My priority for these short term holidays is complete communication, cleanliness, and minimal effort. Thanks to the sovereign, we had a weekend as we wanted. I was very happy not to have a clean, tidy and hot water problem. Would definitely prefer it again.

We felt comfortable at home, whether the cleanliness of the house and even the smallest item we could need in the house were considered. We would definitely like to come back another time. First of all, the house was spotless and the garden was quite spacious. The pool and rooms were as shown in the photo. We were very warmly welcomed at the entrance by our hosts and sent off the same way when we left. It was definitely an experience that could be taken care of.

Peaceful environment. Great view. The host is very good. The roads are a little rough and too far from any grocery store. Do your shopping and come for everything. The wifi doesn't work very well, but it gets 4.5g.
