Beachfront vacation rentals in Mekong River

Very good villa. Swimming pool is larger than in some hotels:) overall both villa and pool are better in real life than on photos. Katherine(host) and her administrator Black were super helpful, fast to reply and always available to provide some guidance and support. There is no hot water in bathtub in both bedrooms and wifi signal in bedrooms could be a bit weak but it is not a dealbreaker. Overall, we spent a week there and i definitely recommend this villa to others to try it out.

The beachfront villa is located within White Sand resort. We had access to all amenities. And free pick up and drop off from the pier. We were offered daily buffet breakfast from Resort restaurant (780 THB for 2of us per day), it was very good choice and delicious. The villa is located just few steps from the beach, it's really beautifully location. The villa has all amenities you could imagine including working desk, rice cooker and full size fridge freezer. The only slight negative is often there was low hot water pressure under the shower. Yodying ( the owner) was very responsive to our questions and offered helpful tips. It was fantastic experience and I can highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay with everything you need to work as a digital nomad. Wonderful views of the ocean and the host is always ready to help you with a smile with anything you need. The best place I've ever stayed in Vietnam. I will be back!

Comfortable, Large space house, Lots of rooms ( 3 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bathrooms), Peaceful location, Etc.The owner is great who responsive and friendly.If you have car this is the perfect and best place you can find around the area.lots of restaurants and interesting places.Definitely will come back here again.

Nguyen is very responsive to our requests. The place is clean and matches the description. We are a big group of 9 people and still find the place spacious. Will surely recommend to stay here.

Great place right on the water. Located in a more residential area, so it's a little bit from the touristy parts. Enjoyed my stay.

Staying here was great, Oshin helped me rent a motorbike and always responded very quickly every time we communicated, here in the condominium there is a sauna, gym, swimming pool and there is also access to the hotel next door with lots of infrastructure, I recommend staying here!

The location of the house is very good, there is a night market and 2 711 convenience stores and pharmacies and restaurants of various flavors within 5 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes to the beach, we did not leave this area at all for 6 days, very way.The house is not on the street, so it is not noisy at night, it is quiet in the crowd.The host's English is good and communication is accessible.We were greeted by the host's father, Mr. Taizhong, who spoke well in Chinese by the old man.We arrived around 11am, very smoothly found the house and checked in early, Mr. Li has already opened the cooler for us in advance, very considerate.4 rooms are all equipped with private bathrooms and showers, there is also a common bathroom on the first floor, dining room, kitchen and pool table.The hygiene situation is very good, not worse than the expensive resort hotel I stayed in before, and fairly well stocked with drinking water and bath towels.No cleaning service is no problem for me, used to cleaning by myself, but please consider it for friends who need to serve like a hotel.All in all, it was a perfect vacation and after a few months waiting for the little ones for the summer holidays, we will be back.

this was our third visit here and it is a beautiful favorite. one negative comment is that Koh Chang has grown and is not as easy and peaceful as it was a few years ago. only one small negative comment about the villa is that it is understandably starting to show it's age. highly recommended. book early because it's in high demand! thank you Forest!

Great hotel with beach entrance, the beach in Bang Saeng is not beautiful, but a nice walk, many nice restaurants where you can eat good fish. Great private parking, all clean and new

This is a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool, deck, and yard. The living spaces were very clean and family-friendly with lots of open spaces. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

the place was wonderful and peaceful! the staff were really sweet unfortunately there was a language barrier as we didn't speak Thai but thanks to Google translate all was good. The rooms are really clean. Although you can't get any alcohol except beers it's totally fine probably good too😊 We had a really welcoming experience thank you!

Great place! Highly recommend! Beachfront, amazing location. If you want to relax and let your soul rest this is the right place to stay. One of the greatest things about the place is the Flow Beach cafe run by Fah just next to it. We ate at various cafes on the island, but loved Fah’s the most!

The place was a good stay. Clean insides very comfortable mattress and protective mosquito net. Fan did a good job of cooling. I had some unexpected visitors in the bathroom (lizards) they seemed friendly and didn’t bother me. WiFi is good for what is available on the island. It does get interrupted on occasions and not very fast, but is in keeping with what is available on the rest of the area. Mosquitoes are around so be sure to bring some repellant. The net does an excellent job whilst asleep. There was a electric tennis racket which provided interesting nighttime swotting activities Overall this island is good if you wanted to disconnect from the world, but do not expect luxury amenities. Overall this place offers an excellent stay in line with what is available for this island

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

The community's private beach is absolutely amazing!You can get downstairs, you can see the sea from the balcony, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset when you sit at home.The house is very clean, the furniture is just right, the layout of the house is completely for a more convenient place to live (for example, there is a plug on both sides of the bed, you can charge your phone when you sleep, which is very important to us😂) ~ The bed sheet cover is clean, with scent ~ yi also provided daily meal vouchers and a lot of drinking water, very considerate.If you are looking for a comfortable house to be quiet for a few days then come here is right ~

This is the fifth year we rent an apartment in this very pleasant , quiet and located on the edge of a beautiful beach and the second consecutive time at Tanya who is a very efficient and very responsive owner to solve the slightest problem . We really enjoyed the apartment with its two bedrooms , two bathrooms and two balconies .
