Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mekong River Delta

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Bamboo Eco village. highlight was the bike ride along the small canals and the Mekong river sunset tour Yan organised for us. Thanks so much!

Tan's retreat is among the most unique and welcoming properties I have ever encountered. Our family of 6 stayed with Tan for two nights. We have two teenagers and two young children. We were looking for a peaceful escape from the city and this is exactly what we found. The property was designed with extreme care and is maintained meticulously. The food is impossible to describe - every ingredient fresh, locally sourced, prepared with attention to detail and gorgeous presentation. One of our family members had special dietary requests and the staff went out of their way to honor those and serve him with kindness. My husband was invited to climb a ladder and cut down several coconuts right outside our room, from which we all drank fresh coconut water and then ate the meat. The most notable part of our stay was getting to know Tan, hearing his life story and learning so much about Vietnam's history, culture, and prospects for the future. We cannot recommend this stay highly enough!

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.

Great hotel with perfect location! Very nice rooms, very friendly staff. A small breakfast on the beautiful roof terrace is also included for free. The reception booked us bus tickets for departure for departure to Saigon. The hotel is right near the night market and the river, where the boats leave for the floating market in the morning. I highly recommend the hotel 🙂

Everything was fine. We spent two weeks here There is often a nice housekeeper in the house who cleans the shared area outside and inside and the pool. And also your rooms, if you ask. And even cook dinner for you, but you will have to pay for it separately In the morning, breakfast will be waiting for you, at the time you want. It was very convenient to quickly have breakfast and go do your tourist things 5 minutes walk away there is a busy street with shops, massages, cafes, rentals and more 10 minutes walk away there is a big landscaped beach with sun loungers and bars Good  wifi. We did not measure the speed, but 7 people could work at the same time (video and audio calls, broadcasting, surfing) In the kitchen there was drinking water, a large refrigerator and most of what you need for cooking A small minus - there is no washing machine, and to wash things, you will have to give it to a housekeeper for a small fee In the end, my friends and I enjoyed our time at Amaia Villa

It felt good overall, the messages returned very quickly, the pool exterior view and the sunset were beautiful, and it was nice to have🙌🏻 8 very well-behaved and welcoming dogs who came to stay, because it was far from the city, it would be even more perfect if you could have a booklet to recommend something to eat nearby!

I had an absolutely magical time at Thuan's place and can't recommend it enough!! The home is tucked away in a peaceful and gorgeous corner of the Mekong Delta, with fruit and flower-filled nature all around. Thuan made every effort to ensure I was never bored but also had space and taught me tons about the local community. He took me on a bike ride through the countryside to observe the harvesting of coconuts, the way it is processed, the local temple and more. He took me to a local seamstress who made beautiful clothes thanks to his translations. And he took us on a multi-stopped boat tour through the delta, going from peaceful little waterways, down the main river, with dinner in a delicious restaurant on the waterfront. I also spent a lot of time with Thuan's American sister and her teen. They are so wonderful, so warm, welcoming, joyful and fun. And their love for and knowledge of Ben Tre is evident in everything they share. I feel very lucky to have stayed here. Highly recommend!
