Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Medway

Just back from a lovely couple of days at Mark and Kaye's cottage. The instructions to find the place we're much appreciated and very clear. When we arrived, the accomodation was lovely, bright,clean and spacious, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this property, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Wow just wow. This beautiful home has been a simply perfect mini getaway. So so cosy and clean, beautifully furnished and decorated throughout I really didn’t want to leave. I am without a doubt going to stay here again and already planning my next trip. Rochester High Street is so close by with stunning and quirky little shops and restaurants and all in view of the castle. A real gem of a find perfect I’d say for a family break as well as for solos/couples/business trips I am seriously considering booking this for Christmas if it’s still available. Thank you Perfect Booking I am so glad I discovered you!

Good communication and a friendly welcome. The flat was cosy and had all we needed, close to the station and to town.

Had a lovely stay.The place was lovely, clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and you had all the essentials you needed for an overnight stay.

When we arrived we couldn’t see where to park, I text Devi, she rang straight away and she guided us where to go and how to access the apartment block. Apartment was lovely, comfortable, clean and close to where we needed. I had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water which was a lovely start to our day. Would not hesitate to stay there again. I can highly recommend!

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

We had a beautiful stay! The apartment is wonderfully clean and modern yet very homely and welcoming. The amenities were exactly what we needed, arriving later in the evening than anticipated it was great to have the place lovely and warm, and with milk ready in the fridge for a cup of tea! The spec of this apartment is really great and I would definitely recommend!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The home was clean and very nicely decorated and had everything to make me feel right at home. I would certainly stay there again if I’m working in that area in the future.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Magnificent apartment with such a warm and cozy living space. Kitchen extremely well equipped with the bonus of an air fryer which made having a bacon sandwich a breeze leaving no cooking smells. Bedroom lovely and restful with a comfy bed. Samantha really does keep a lovely place. Spotless on arrival and we were so lucky with the weather, we were able to use the balcony ! Easy walking to some lovely eating places. Billy hundreds is fab and Fermento a bit further toward Southend do the most amazing pizza. Gold Coast Chinese is steps away but you need to book at least 2 weeks in advance. We made do with a takeaway. This was our end of winter break and we both feel restored and re charged from staying at Estuary View penthouse.
