Apartment vacation rentals in Tunis

We had a huge chance to stay in this apartment. A stone's throw from the Medina (beautiful), we were in this place that is full of charm and very comfortable. We finally had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rabâa, who had moved immediately to settle a technical problem, and to discuss with her on all the topics over a drink on the rooftop of the Dar El Jeld hotel...

Really good,I enjoyed the Medina.

Loved my stay in Tunis. Maryem and her husband helped me check in early in the morning at 3 AM after a flight delay. She was communicative and helped when my flight plans changed last minute with a flight cancellation. Excellent host!

Lovely flat in the centre of the Medina at a very fair price. We didn't meet the hosts but they were always very quick to respond by message. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous :)

Hichem's place is nestled in the heart of the Tunis medina (a Unesco World Heritage Site ) . Here we are in the middle of a maze of Souks , scents , jasmine smell, sunny and shaded alleys. An air of miles and nights filled with history and culture . The home respects the spirit and architecture of the Medina . All the comforts are there, far from the bling bling and rhinestones , in the "Medina " spirit. We had a great time at Hichem's place. He was very responsive , good advice, checked in with us every day to make sure we didn't miss anything . If you want to stay in the Medina of Tunis , I would definitely recommend you to go to Hichem's.

Amina and Daly couldn’t have been better hosts. They are incredibly responsive and proactive in assisting us with our stay. We are thankful to their attentive and kind nature, with much recommendations and offers of support should we require it. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and matches the listing. It is very centrally located, therefore expect some street noise, although nothing too disturbing (ear plugs are provided if needed!). The only challenge we had was with the temperamental lock on the building entrance, particularly at night on a dimly lit street. Other than this minor difficulty, through no fault of the hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt most at home. Thank you again!

That's perfect! Superbly located and Hichem is super accommodating. I highly recommend if you want to stay and in the middle of the medina.

Great apartment, as in the pictures. You'll feel right at home! The apartment is in charming, characteristic old building. 5 min on foot to Bab el Jdid (entrance to the Medina proper). On a quiet street (narrow, very little road traffic). Beautifully furnished and decorated. Nadia was a very responsive host. Recommend!

I recently stayed in this lovely apartment and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was beautiful, with great attention to detail and a cozy atmosphere. We had really great stay! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Seif the host was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect. The location is great, 3 minutes walk to the shopping mall, surrounded by nice restaurants. Highly recommend.

Super clean and well-maintained place. Bonus points are the gym, swimming pool, washing machine, bathtub, queen bed which is very comfortable and the fact that there were some hygiene products already on site. Neighborhood and secure residence with surveillance agents at the entrance. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the video explanations which were very clear. Recommended!
