I can’t say enough great things about the hosts Rafael, Cienna, and Jade. The made the process so seamless with clear instructions, and quick responses, they are a top notch team that exceed at hospitality. The property was just as pictured, super clean, and well stocked with the essentials. The area had plenty of food options as well as supermarkets mins away. The building itself was lovely with a nice little gym, and community room. This property checks all the boxes for, comfort, cleanliness, location, and friendly responsive host that make you feel right at home. I would recommend this property to everyone!!

My partner and I had an incredible stay here! This Airbnb was a fantastic value for the price, offering an amazing location with plenty to do nearby. It had everything we needed, including a kitchen, TV, and laundry in-unit. Being so close to Fenway Park made it even more special, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

This airbnb has 7 beds. None are bigger than a double but for our family of four we just each took a bed. The airbnb is on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to walk stairs which was fine for us. The location has great access to downtown.

Perfect place for a family! Lots of room and parking!! Close to everything. Jenny was very responsive and helpful to any and all questions I had. We will definitely stay there again!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The location is a major plus—it sits right above an outdoor shopping mall complete with a movie theater, clothing stores, restaurants, and even a CVS, all within walking distance. This meant no need to rent a car, and for those who do bring one, the garage parking is very convenient. The interior decor is stylish and thoughtfully designed. I loved the roommate-style layout featuring two separate bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, which provided excellent privacy. Since I was there on business, I really appreciated the dual workspaces—each bedroom had a desk equipped with a second monitor, which is essential for my work setup. Additionally, the in-unit amenities like the washer and dryer, as well as the coffee maker stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers, added a touch of home comfort. Overall, this property combines convenience, style, and functionality, making it a perfect choice.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

A great studio apartment in the heart of Assembly Row! Easy access to the apartment itself, and plenty of great restaurants right outside. Jason communicates clearly and responds actively. Would stay again!

This condo was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the commuter rail and centrally located. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. Mathew was a great host. If you’re looking for a high end dinner experience, I highly recommend checking out the Nightshade Noodle Bar, which is just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Book this place for your next trip to Boston! Stay at Peter's place was just amazing! Very beautiful airbnb with art everywhere you looked we kept finding new pieces to admire felt like staying at a comfortable art museum. It had every amenity you could want in the kitchen with the best appliances to use. There was clearly a lot of thought and consideration when designing this home. The upstairs bathroom had the best shower and fancy toilet we loved. It was walkable to many restaurants but you could always uber and get around Boston very easily. Would definitely book again!

We planned a trip to Boston and had to leave early to avoid a snow storm. Karen was extremely flexible, made it so that we could extend our stay but arriving early at her inconvenience. This is going above and beyond for clients. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A lot of good restaurants and quaint stores nearby. This was a memorable trip for us. Thank you Karen for making that happen for us.

Beautiful home right on the water. Hot tub was amazing to watch sunset and take in the Boston skyline. Check In and check out was easy with clear instructions. Definitely would love to come back over the Summer or Fall.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s wedding at nearby Atkinson Country Club. The home is spacious and luxurious and allowed our extended family to all be together for this special occasion. Hosts were always available to answer any questions and made us feel welcome from the very beginning . Highly recommend .😊

This was the perfect house for my parents and myself. The house had everything you could think of. Barry was always available for questions about the area and offered suggestions on anything we asked for. This is the best house and host I’ve ever stayed at. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for anything we asked about. The house is in a safe area and we were able to walk around the neighborhood as well. The basement has an added bonus with the desk area so I was able to work from there with the strong internet service. The exercise equipment was also perfect for those days that it was just cold and windy for outdoor exercise. We stayed here for a major surgery for my mom and the house is only like a 8 mile drive to Lehey Hospital. The drive was easy and we never had any problems. I would suggest this house for anyone looking for a place to stay. You will not find a better house or host if you are looking for this area.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

I cannot express how great the house is. It’s large and clean and the views are tremendous. The area around the house is very nice with a few restaurants though we didn’t get to explore much because of the weather. This was February and it was COLD. We did go to Boston one day which was fun and about a 45 minute drive. Salem was great and was only about 15 minutes away. One thing to note, we had a Tesla and the nearest charging station is at least a 20 minutes drive so not the most convenient for that. The house is on a hill with a long driveway. We had snow overnight and the driveway didn’t get cleared until about 2:30 in the afternoon the next day which was a little disappointing. However, it was an unusual snow/ice storm and I’m not sure how much is the responsibility of the owner. Overall, this was a great house and my 3 adult sons (20’s) loved it as did my husband and I. I am very comfortable recommending Mark’s place and would love to come back again.
