House vacation rentals in Medellín River

We had a great stay at this beautiful house! It is about 30 minutes outside of Medellin but in a very quiet, lovely area. If that is what you are looking for, this is a great place. Stephanie was super helpful with all the planning and logistics and Luis, the house manager, was always available to help and very sweet.

The place is perfect, better than the description, it is a very quiet space, close to the city and perfect for connecting with nature. The attention was spectacular, excellent service, everything was better than it looked, a very comfortable home and a perfect place.

Santiago’s place was an incredible stay—highly recommended! Santiago was extremely attentive and always quick to respond, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, with AC in every room. The location is quiet, secluded, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention goes to Dora, the caretaker, who was an absolute gem! She is available for an additional fee., and it’s worth every penny. Dora not only cooked delicious meals for us but also helped with cleaning and kept us refreshed with amazing homemade lemonade. Her hospitality truly elevated our stay. The pool was a great feature, although it was a bit chilly at night since it’s not heated, including the jacuzzi portion, but it was still enjoyable during the day. We also made great use of the grill area for cookouts, which added to the fun. The property is secure, well illuminated, Thank you Santiago will definitely will be back

The attention to detail in cleanliness and organization really stood out. Excellent property, has many amenities, comfortable rooms each with a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is quite large, ideal to be with your family. The pool is perfect, there is also a comfortable parking space. The gardens, surroundings and views, are beautiful. We fell in love with the place and eager to return, although it does have 2 quite inclined climbs a few minutes before arriving to the property, not impossible, but better to climb in the day and without rain.

Everything was excellent Mr. Luis and Mrs. Carol very diligent. Highly recommended.

The house is very well located and very spacious. It is a very safe area and walkable to many restaurants. The house needs some maintenance but the host is very responsive and proactively tried to resolve the issues we experience with the fridge and bathrooms. Daily cleaning is very helpful

Great place. Right in the heart of all the action. Pictures are perfect and hosts are great. Remember to understand that a house manager is on premises at all time.

A place to be with your family, well equipped, with large spaces to support. At all times very well attended and in a timely manner.

We were a group of 10 and the house was very comfortable. The Host is excellent and super attentive and responsive. The house is very central to go elsewhere by taxi. The Exito supermarket is half a block away and there is a variety of places to eat.

This is a hidden gem!! Quiet but you turn the corner and be in downtown envigado! The space is huge! Movie room is an added bonus and had breakfast on the upstairs patio every morning! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

the stay was above and beyond expectation, very clean and beautiful villa I can't described it enough 10 out of 10, very close to restaurant's and shopping, we loved Carmen the maid was very kind and the service was outstanding, and Juan the concierge service's and bean there for us all the time was more than what we expected just a great guy, love the people in Medellin, friendly and kind, will defiantly rent the villa again, thank you elver again for a wonderful vacation.

In a tremendously quiet area, with cooperatives nearby, a 24hrs cafe a block away, super clean the street, the house is very large with plenty of room for many people. Everything was great, nice,m. If I return with the group to Colombia, surely I will rent this site again

Can’t speak highly enough about the place and hosts. Perfect location, clean, spacious apartment, warm hosts (they had easy, clear apartment instructions, great neighborhood recommendations, and even brought us a welcome gift) and easy check-in. Overall, very much worth the price. Would highly recommend!

First, about the house and location-house is as advertised-Upstairs has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so two of the rooms will share one bathroom, everyone else has their own bathroom. The house is spacious and the location is ideal as restaurants, bars etc are all close by. Large mall across the street with lots of restaurants, a food court and a nice gym. You will hear some street noise in this house, but I believe that’s almost everywhere in Medellin. The compound also has a guard gate with security there 24/7. Our hosts Christian and Greg: Greg helped with the initial booking and was very quick and responsive. Christian was our host we met in person and also communicated with me just prior to the trip. I can’t say enough about this guy. His communication was amazing and quick to respond and assist. Of all Airbnb hosts I’ve ever dealt with, he was by far the most involved and helpful. He even was our tour guide for Guatape. I would highly recommend both Christian and Greg.

Carlos was possibly the best host I’ve ever had. Every day, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and to ensure everything was working properly. The cleaning lady did an awesome job every room was exactly as described, with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen was top-quality, even though we didn’t use it because the area is full of great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again book with confidence!

This place was amazing, with easy access, a great location pretty close to everything you need, the supermarket the downtown plaza. The house was amazing pretty spacious and just exactly as the pictures, the garden was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax have a good time and enjoy some time off. We had amazing stay at BNZ Mansion! Benjamin is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and made the booking process hassle-free. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated not to mention the scenic views are breathtaking. Andres went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city. Thank you for an unforgettable stay we will definitely be back!

Very nice Finca with great service and communication. Any issues we had were resolved as fast as possible and the pictures reperesent the Finca or in real life the Finca even looks better and got some updates. I'd definitely book again and can recommend the Finca!

Best Airbnb in Colombia! My husband is from Medellin and this area is absolutely prestine! The home was incredibly clean and John the host was there to help with anything you needed. Incredibly kind and helpful and a great guide to the city if you are unfamiliar. The home was gorgeous! The furnishings.. the art.. incredible. Additionally, very comfortable and the house included anything you may need and more! You felt safe, taken care of, and close to anything Medellin proper you want to do! There’s a fabulous tienda (store) on site if you have a late arrival or just forget anything essential or simply something you just want.. snacks… beer.. food. Absolutely perfect location- 15 minutes at most from anything you want Medellin! I would recommend this property to everyone from business colleagues to friends to family. Spanish/English speaking for those that could use a little help in español. Fantastic price for what you get! I could not sing this property or host praises more!!!
