Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Medellín

One of the best experiences I would repeat without thinking !!! We had an issue with the Airbnb precedent and had to go. Fortunately we found this airbnb at the last minute and we were also very fortunate that Juan and Sara responded quickly. From the beginning, Juan and Sara were very attentive. If we had any questions they were there to help us very kindly. The apartment is super nice, clean and the view is spectacular!!! It is a 5 minute drive to Sabaneta Park where all the restaurants are ( and there are also restaurants closer) or a 14 minute walk (roads many times and there was no problem). 1 minute from the building is a D1 which is like a supermarket and that was very helpful. It is a very safe neighborhood and there is also a 24-hour porter. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this airbnb !!

Very clean and we'll equipped Airbnb with washing machine and lots of clothes hanging racks and hangers to dry clothes outside. excellent location and view. Ange and her mother Viviana are so friendly and sincere. Highly recommend

Spectacular stay! I went to Medellin specifically to take my mom for dental work. Jonathan assisted in dentist recommendations and continuous check-ins to ensure we were comfortable; he truly cares about his guests. The apartment is on the 25th floor and has elevator service, and the city views from the balcony left us in awe. The three-bedroom apartment was spotless, with comfortable beds and two lovely bathrooms. The decor was modern; there were plates, glasses, cooking pots, utensils, a coffee machine, and an air fryer; he had more in that kitchen than I’ve seen in—any Airbnb. There was also a washing machine. The best part, underneath the building, is a grocery store where you can walk or get deliveries through the app Rappi. It was my first time in Sabaneta, and I loved it. An adorable, quiet town away from the noise. Depending on traffic, We had to drive a half hour or more to get to the dentist in Laureles. I’m a remote worker and the internet was excellent! TVs had Netflix etc

We were a group of six women. This property was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable layout. Walking distance to the best restaurants! We felt safe and really enjoyed it. Roman was very responsive.

Isabel’s place was the perfect home base for us, the apartment is spacious, friendly and safe neighborhood and easy to get around with Uber. Very welcoming.

I have to start off by saying I was VERY nervous about traveling to Medellin. My trip and stay with Ana blew me away in all of the best ways! This home was breathtaking from start finish! The details and decor are immaculate and just as pictured. The home was clean, well stocked, and had Al the amenities you could ever need! Ana provided rental car options with a driver and it made our trip a breeze! Diego our driver was absolutely amazing! So kind and very informative, we felt so safe and well taken care of! I never worried one bit while in his presence. Ana provided great recommendations, the home is in walking distance of a beautiful park, delicious restaurants and bars! I 10/10 recommend this listing! Ana, thank you for being such a phenomenal host!

The place is great for a group of friends to have a great time in colombia. Will def rent again if its available when i go next time

The place was amazing. Juan was on the premise and helped us with everything we needed (SHOUT OUT YOU JUAN! YOU THE MAN!). Not too far from places in Medellin where we could walk. The space was as advertised and fit me and all 6 of my friends comfortably. Would definitely rent this place again. Thanks again!

I’m very happy with my stay in Felipe apartment in his house. Very clean. Very comfortable. Very large apartment with everything you need in your stay. Everything is new and I love my stay in this location. Great location close to everything to restaurants, cafes, stores. I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely come back again in near future. Extremely happy with my stay in this apartment and the area is very safe and quiet but close to everything you need in Floresta area and is central location. Again I will recommend to anyone that wants to feel like in home and I will come back very soon again in the near future because I really like my stay with Felipe apartment! It is a very cozy, beautiful apartment, with good decor and spacious, Its internal patios with its garden gives it a cozy touch, it has very nice and spacious common areas, it is located in a very accessible place and close to many restaurants and places to shop. The attention from the hosts was quick and very cordial. I would highly recommend it

Great spot I love coming back to …I have stayed multiple times at Justin's just keeps getting better. The view is absolutely stunning to wake up to and to sit on the balcony and work. The apartment has every detail and comfort ….. The bed is super comfortable, the TV huge, the kitchen stocked, the sound system throughout the house is incredible and voice controlled (very cool) The pool, gym and steam room are perfect for the healthy lifestyle minded ; The apartment is on a dead end street so it's quiet despite being close to everything. Justin has been incredibly helpful and communication with him is the smoothest I've had on AirBNB. The reviews are spot on, if you are looking for a decked out place that has a very coobine …look no further- I can't recommend this place highly enough! Security looks after you also very helpful

This Airbnb was so worth it! We wanted a more peaceful stay without being too far from the parque Sabaneta and that’s exactly what we found in this Airbnb. The walk can be a challenging since it is on hills. But we don’t mind that. Although the cafe at the restaurant was not open during our stay, we did find this amazing cafe down the road called Ozzy. The apartment was clean and Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions.

My family and I (3 kids) had a wonderful stay. The apartment is as described. It's a 5 minute walk to the Viva Mall which was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
