As described. Great for weekend getaway if you like to cook and have comfy bed. Park in front of house as back of house I had a ton of birds who may view your car as an adventure.

Beautiful, well-appointed space that is comfortable and has all that you’ll need for your stay. Super clean and inviting. We had a question before arrival and Stacie was responsive and kind. This home was a great home base for us as we explored Richmond, located near some good foot spots and a short drive from the museums, parks, and other things on our itinerary. Easy street parking out front. Stacie’s food recs in her welcome packet were spot-on and l appreciated. Only wish we’d tried the pies at the shop next door! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Mitch's place is awesome! Beautiful home right in the mix of one of the coolest neighborhoods in Richmond - tons of restaurants and bars are just a couple hundred feet away from your doorstep. Will absolutely stay again when in town!

My husband and I had the best “Staycation” at Matt’s Place… We currently live in VA. Beach and wanted to see what Richmond was about. We were not disappointed especially with this stay at Matt’s place. Check-in was SUPER easy. He even provided us with pictures starting from the front door on the street, up the stairs, down the hall and to the front door which made things super easy to navigate as it is a building with multiple loft apartments. This location was right on the corner of the busy city streets but still provided peace and privacy. Everything was in walking distance from night life to restaurants. The location was just perfect. The loft was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was well equipped with towels, body washes, wine glasses, spices and even those cool copper cups which I’ve always been a fan of! Checkout was very easy and simple with minimal things to do before you leave. We will definitely be booking with Matt again! Thank you for the great experience

Great location in Church Hill, RVA, close to restaurants and--for us--family. Clean, comfortable, second-floor apartment in a newly renovated building with other apartments upstairs and businesses downstairs--including a great ice cream shop. The renovation makes the place totally modern while preserving some of the older, charming elements of the building construction. Easy parking and entry; great shower.

I have stayed at quite a few place in rva but this might be my new fave! It’s really convenient to all of my friends who live in and around the city, close to the dog park in Church Hill, and easy to access interstates and local spots! There isn’t any airbnb in the city that has this easy of parking, that was really really convenient - especially for being in the city!! It was really nice to have no steps and have everything on the ground level! The little garden in the front was helpful to have with my pup! Can’t beat the quiet nature of the neighbors, as this charming stay is across from a cemetery, but a pretty cool one. Maybe next trip I will have more time to explore it with my pup!

Diana was a very warm and hospitable host. She answered every one of our questions. The house was very livable and comfortable. She made sure if there were any needs such as information about the area, she was very helpful. Definitely a great choice for our stay!! Her Christmas decorations inside and out made the house more inviting

Convenient location in downtown, and we enjoyed the apartment. Thankful for white noise machines and extra heaters and air filters.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Heather's beautiful home. Heather was very flexible, friendly and responsive. We were able to check in early to accommodate our schedule and the home was very cute. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this stay to anyone in the Ashland area!

We really enjoyed our stay. Mayra’s home was cozy and comfortable, and she was a great host! The home provided a great base from which to spend the weekend visiting our daughter at VCU. And when my wife realized that she was missing a ring, Mayra went out of her way to find it and get it to our daughter. The only minor drawback were the trains that ran throughout the night.

We had a wonderful time. The kids loved the playroom. House was clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful

The home was perfectly stocked with towels, clean linen, and even water bottles. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our group. The place was clean and organized. We only stayed for a night as a pit stop on our travels, but there was a lovely sitting porch and back garden area, and also games and toys inside.

best airbnb experience in a while and we stay airbnb a lot. everything was as described or better. only thing I would change is the clutter. there is honestly too much of everything. too many kitchen supplies, too many towels and sheets. made using cabinet space/dressers difficult for a longer stay. otherwise, so easy, thoughtful, quiet, pleasant, and extremely comfortable. definitely pet friendly. there was some dog hair on the couch and some cat scratches on the upholstery, but since we were traveling with a dog and two cats, those details honestly just put us more at ease and the couch was an easy vacuum. would absolutely book again if in the area traveling with pets. Just steps from the beautiful Maymont Park, which we visited several times during our stay. very comfy furniture. very responsive hosts. washer and dryer are well stocked (even though we brought our own soap, etc.) tons of great delivery options. quiet neighbors. really a gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Hutch's Bluff - the house was cozy, clean, and the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future to enjoy the amazing views. Thanks to John and Mary Beth for sharing their beautiful home!

Reagan is a phenomenal host. She went out of her way help me manage through a municipal water crisis / winter weather emergency that visited Richmond along with me. Cannot recommend her places more highly.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

It was fun to return to the Fan and lovely to be in such an artistic loft. We had everything we needed and location was awesome. And Jill was so kind to reach out and let us know about a forgotten item. Would recommend and stay here again!

We loved the space, the location, and clear communication. Tommy (and Mark) were so helpful helping us with parking options and even getting our things in! Elevators and codes may access easy and we would stay again!

We had a nice time at Shana’s place! Convenient to family members. The place is exactly as advertised- decor is very fun and super clean. There was a party in the event space on Saturday afternoon- but we were prepared and our noise cancelling headphones worked great. Bring slippers if you stay there in winter- the floor is cold!

I spent a week there with my family, it was a great time there. He allowed me to check-in about 30 minutes prior. we had pretty much everything what we needed for the time we were there. The host was very responsive. There are a lot of seasoning to cook, good quality shampoo and shower soap. Very peaceful neighborhood I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Rodelyn’s listing was perfect for our needs when we were in the Richmond area. It was just close enough to all the venues we needed quick access to and the space was large enough that we didn’t feel crammed or trapped like a classic hotel room. 10/10 would stay again and really enjoyed the fact that the listing was in a converted rug factory.
