We had a fabulous time at Sergio and Livia’s place! Everything was just as stated! We walked in and were so happy with the cozy and clean feeling of the cottage. The cottage had all the amenities needed for a great weekend! My grandson loved the kitchen in the loft, my grown children just enjoyed having two places to a hang out and how easy it was to get to the ski hill. My husband loved the retro arcade game! Sergio and Livia were amazing hosts, who gave amazing and clear instructions and were always available. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for allowing my family to have a wonderful Family Day weekend in your family’s rental.

Even if the weather was bone chilling, the place was warm and nice. The complete absence of internet and TV, though an irritant in the beginning, was a blessing as we played a lot of board games and had quality time. The place could do with some upgrade. Mirror in the washroom, better quality coffee mugs, more and better towels. But the location, cabin like feel of the plade and the friendliness of Frank made up for it all Great things to do around, decent restaurants within 15 minutes of the place and scenic beauty ofvthe area were added values. A good place to spend some R&R.

Our family loved our weekend away at Kathy’s - she’s an amazing host! Always quick to respond when and if we needed her. She even left us baked goodies and snacks for check-in which was so thoughtful of her. The entire place was beautiful and clean.

This is a great clean and open space with lots of room for people. I liked how clean and update the house is with a nice lay out plan theres lots of space for large gatherings and celebrations. The rec room and bar area was a great spot to wind down after a long day. David takes pride in the property and it really shows! The hot tub and sauna work great.The dart board and board game selection are are great way to pass some time while relaxing. I'll definitely be staying here again next time im in the area. Ideal cottage getaway, nestled on the trees and by the river. Lovely accommodation. Everything has been thought of. We felt very much at home. We highly recommend.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful, it's what cottage dreams are made of, and Davinia & her family put in so much love to make you feel comfortable and special. Our family felt totally entertained, we slept well, we shared laughs and made memories here that will last a lifetime. We don't get to spend long stretches of time together like this, and this space easily accommodated each of us and gave us adequate privacy we each had privacy and felt happy with the sleeping arrangements. It was so lovely to have fires every day, the hot tub was incredible, and the cottage itself has a rustic yet modern vibe to it. The drive down from Toronto was also very easy. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay here, thank you Davinia & family for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we loved it!

A perfect fit for our 3 generation family. While our toddler granddaughter slept peacefully in the king suite on the main floor, the teens and adults gathered around the cozy woodstove on the lower level, with access to the sauna and hot tub. Pat maintains a very well stocked and well equipped kitchen. No need to bring anything. Beautiful natural setting and the snowshoe walk to the pond is so pretty. All 10 of us loved this welcoming chalet.

The cottage was great. Brand new with lots of things to do. Very spacious and clean. Jim was very responsive and easy to communicate. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great cottage getaway.

We spent the weekend here and definitely wish we had spent longer. This was an incredible weekend getaway and we absolutely loved this cabin. Having breakfast to a beautiful snowy forest view was amazing. We visited the Crystal Cave 15 minutes away and spent hours looking and learning and I would highly recommend it to anywho who stays. The wall mounted tv was great for watching movies in bed and on the couch. This treetop rental had everything we needed and more. Being able to bring our cat was a huge thing for us and we were so happy we could, he loved it just as much as us. It was cozy, warm and comforting, we will definitely stay here again and I would recommend this to everyone looking for a treetop vacation. Thank you to the wonderful host for having us.
