We had an amazing time staying at Hoang and Michael's house! The house had everything we needed and more. We paid for the pool to be heated as the weather was forecasted to be a little cold and we are so glad we did! We spent most of our week in the pool - It was so warm!

We were there for a birthday the place was clean, tidy and welcoming. It had all of the facilities we would expect. We had a great time with our family and would do it again. The bungalow in particular was a great space for young ones.

Our stay was terrific! The place was perfect for our group - spacious, beautifully decorated and close to everything. Caitlin was a great host - very responsive. Thank you!!

The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

Great place with lots of outdoor space and great pool. Responsive team as we needed some help with the pool. Priced appropriately. Great cancellation policy. Would stay again.

Large comfortable house with plenty of backyard space for the dog and kids to run around. Kitchen was well-appointed, large dining and living areas with a comfortable couch, and multiple beds with extra blankets. The house was very hot (we stayed during a heatwave), with only one air conditioner and no fans- but we knew this when booking. The house is a short drive or walk to the St Leonard’s shops / beach. Excellent value!

This is a wonderful place close to Sorrento village and both the bay as well as the ocean beaches, yet quiet and tucked away to be peaceful. Everything was clean and well organised too. We would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

Lovely weekend stay at Sam’s house. Beautiful quiet location, lovely clean house with cosy linen and blankets and very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Recently stayed at Sunset on the Hill with friends for a golf trip. It was an amazing weekend with the accommodation being the perfect location, size and setup for our group. Kristen communicated well and everything was as described and expected. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Cathy has a lovely, cosy place and the house is in a great location, with three very lovely bedrooms.

Firstly, the house was wonderful. We had a fabulous stay. It was extremely clean and well equipped for four families and their little kids. Enough space inside and plenty of space outside. The outdoor dining area and the bbq was awesome, great for entertaining. The quadruple shower was a hit for parents and their kids, made it really easy when getting them showered for bed! Secondly, Kostas was a kind and generous host. Communication was easy and he was very responsive. We had to postpone our original booking but he was quick to help and make adjustments for us. We really appreciated his customer service. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kostas.

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Lovely stay. Kristina was easy to communicate with and provided everything you could need for a getaway and more. Nice, clean, cozy place and a short drive to all the local beaches, hot springs and restaurants.

We had a great stay at Inga’s. Perfect for our girls getaway. The place was lovely and very homely. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town but it’s a relatively flat walk. We did a winery tour whilst we were in the area - highly recommend as well as Alba Hot Springs.

Beautiful house with lovely amenities and charming decor. Perfect escape for 3 Mums looking to relax for the weekend. Sitting under the tree canopy in the spa looking at the stars was heaven. So many thoughtful touches, bottle of wine, spa on, flexible check in and check out, super responsive host, we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. ❤️

Nice holiday getaway in a quiet suburban town. The home is on a cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood but it feels very private with the lush greenery and backyard garden that surrounds the house. The full windows really draw in the exterior space and make you feel like you are staying in the garden and a peaceful oasis. There is sometimes noise from the street or children playing at the nearby school, but generally during the day we went out to do other activities on the Mornington Peninsula. I had never used the separate platform which the owners employ to communicate instructions, but it worked fine and was nothing to worry about.

Tess was so accommodating and super easy to communicate with when organising this place for my birthday weekend. The place itself was homey, cosy and spacious the perfect place to host a large group. Super close to the and Sorrento making it really easy to venture out! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
