A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green lot for relaxation . You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without getting out of bed or in the evening by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation , a wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a large city . A two-level rustic house: - 1st level: living room with sofa bed, fireplace, TV and dining room, additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Observation deck with garden furniture. - 2nd: 2 rooms, bathroom and exit to the balcony. Beautiful location in forested area at lake. The access to a private pier is restricted due the damages caused by flooding. Nevertheless, along the lakeshore there are beaches / trails with great view.
