Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Matignon

We had a lovely, relaxing week-long stay at Christophe’s apartment overlooking the beach at Lancieux. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed, including a laundry room. We loved yard and the spectacular view and enjoyed watching the tide come in and out. The boulangerie and several shops were close by, as were two good beach-front restaurants. Christophe was a courteous and helpful host. We loved the area and look forward to having a chance to return! Highly recommended!

I really loved the place and saint-malo! The host was super friendly and helped me a lot during the stay. The location is very nice. Everything was perfect during the stay, and I have willingness to stay here again if I visit saint-malo one more time!

Hello. We had a great week under the sun. In the morning , rising,the smell of bread and fresh croissants twenty meters from the apartment.Dinard and its surroundings pleasant to visit. The GR34 to do with good shoes. Canale,eat oysters on the harbor.

After years of rentals for family vacations, this was by far the best we've ever had. A very beautiful large house, with all the amenities you need, good bedding, a beautiful fully fenced garden that allowed us to leave our dog free without worry, everything was there. The instructions for getting there were very clear, as well as the exchanges with the host. We chose this accommodation for its location, which allowed us to easily visit Dinan, St Malo, Dinard, Cap Fréhel, Mont St Michel, the forest of Paimpont / Brocéliande, as well as Rennes in a week. Thanks to Sebastien for hosting us and for allowing us to enjoy this family home.

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

A great rental property to remember and recommend for hiking or walking around Lake Guerledan. The decor is great industrial style, everything is done to make you feel at home. Thank you for your touches that are always pleasant, your attentiveness and your kindness!

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

A very nice apartment for a stay with two! Well equipped, comfortable, and above all with a great sea view. It's even brighter than the photos suggest. Communication with hosts is efficient and very cordial, we recommend the address!

Very nice home identical to the photos. Apartment located by the sea ideal for fishing or the beach. 10min drive from the intramutos. All amenities nearby. Very well appointed apartment, very clean with all amenities (much more than in other rentals). Really nothing to say. We spent a weekend here as a couple. Pascal and Élisabeth are people of special beauty. Despite the fact that we arrived two hours later, they greeted us with a smile and helped us' 'cancel' the feeling of discomfort. Always available and attentive. Patrick's apartment is very nice, both in terms of its layout and its configuration. Well-equipped without being overloaded, we particularly appreciated the location as well as the calm and cleanliness of the building. The Sillon beach is accessible directly in front of it. You can reach the ramparts via a few minutes' walk on the seafront promenade.
