House vacation rentals in Mataram City

A little piece of heaven. We spent a few days in Lury´s place with our 4 girls. Lury is a great host and took great care of us, always inquired if we need anything and responded to every question. We booked this place mostly just for the private pool overlooking the rice fields and it was totally worth it. A fair warning for some people is that there is only a cold shower, (not a problem for us on these hot days) and the toilet is very basic. As I said that has not been a problem for us. The cabin is a real wooden cabin, also basic accommodation but for us it was perfect. We sleep with the sound of water from the fish pond and evenings in the lit beautiful garden makes you not want to go to sleep. BOOK HERE !

Photos can’t describe the scenery this place has to offer. We stayed here for 6 nights with our 2 sons at 9 and 12. The staff is so helpful and will do everything to make you comfortable. We rented scooters and explored some of the fantastic beaches in the north, Sengigi and some of Mataram. Only recommend to rent scooters if you’re an experienced motorbike driver. Also check out the road in the mountain in daylight the first time you drive. There are many big holes on the steep road. We also had some great snorkelling trips to the Gilis in the north and the south. Great trips and absolutely fair prices. Villa Umbrella is highly recommended

Nice place

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. We loved the villa! It is beautiful - so clean and peaceful. It looked just the pictures. The staff is wonderful! They are so friendly and helpful and very responsive. We were able to use the beautiful pool. We were able to cook meals using the kitchen and the outdoor grill. The beds were comfortable. The linens were clean. The large bathrooms with the outdoor showers were amazing! Stephanie was responsive and helpful. We especially liked having Trisna to drive us around. The electricity went out briefly at night a coupke of times, but we noticed the neighbors lights were also off. That is to be expected in some countries. It was not an issue for us. There are tiny lizards and bugs that get into the villa, but that is to be expected. We enjoyed watching the lizards run around. We felt safe and were able to walk to the nearby Indomart. We used Grab a few times and never had any issues finding our way back to the villa

The house is spacious, clean and very worth the price. The host was friendly and communicative, making it easier for me to stay there, highly recommended!
