Vacation rentals in Matanzas River

We were in town for my son's wedding and Sydney's house was perfect for our needs. I chose Sydney's house because of her quick responses to initial questions, location, and the recliners. Yes..type of furniture is important because my husband has to keep his feet elevated when sitting. The lanai and pool area were perfect for our small rehearsal dinner and the kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough to finish the wedding cake. Mind you, the house had a few flaws but for us, it was perfect for us and I would definitely stay again.

My family and I really enjoy our stay here. Kara was very responsive and had the condo fully equipped with everything you would need and more. The beach was beautiful and the distance to the city awesome. There was some unexpected construction repairs being made to the balconies which were loud but that was beyond the control of the owner. We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo for a family looking to relax and enjoy.

Amazing stay, really enjoyed the views and access to the beach. Perfect location in St Augustine. Was very impressed by the layout of the home. It has 5 distinct bedrooms and a HUGE wrap around balcony, perfect for meals or cocktails outside. My kids loved the bunk beds. The elevator made hauling the suitcases & groceries easy. If you’re traveling w little ones just note there is no tub which made bath time difficult and some of the furniture felt dated compared to the photos. House is located at a very quiet part of the beach but is on a busy road if you are a light sleeper. Marla was very responsive and would I would absolutely recommend this place to others. The boogie boards and beach chairs were a nice touch; I can still hear the waves crashing :)

Such cozy place that on day 1 we felt at home. Kitchen fully stocked w/ all utensils and layout of home is simple and open for multi-tasking communications. Inga was a great resource and response on any topic was quick. Thanks for sharing your place Inga!

This bungalow in Uptown is amazing! Nestled in between The Old Jail, Fountain of Youth, Nombre de Dios Mission and Fort Castillo. All 5 minute walks! Super convenient pool and hot tub. This bungalow was better than advertised. Super clean and modern amenities on the inside. Super private. Barely heard any of the neighbors! On and off street parking is huge! 5-10 minute walk to the Historic District where you can visit shops and restaurants and enjoy the many styles of architecture that make up St George, Spanish St, Charlotte St, etc… Dante & Traci were amazing hosts and very effective communicators. Definitely the best of the best when it comes to hosts. Any questions we might’ve had, were answered when we walked inside and found the House Manual that explained any and everything you could possibly think of to go visit, eat, drink & play! We will definitely be going back and will be reaching out to Dante & Traci when we do!

We had a great time at Kurt’s condo and loved the area! The updated kitchen was super cute and the decor was nice and updated. The complex had a great pool where we could sit on chillier days, and the beach was beautiful with plenty of space to sit, take walks, and hunt for shells. Wonderful restaurants all around the area, and the historic district of St Augustine was fun to explore!

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location. Peaceful and welcoming. Central to all of our planned destinations. Our stay was very nice.
