We were in town for a funeral and the house was the perfect resting space for us between family engagements. Every seating and purposeful spot was taken into consideration, she was clear about the amnenities and the beds, rooms and hosting were all very comfortable. Lots of teas, coffees, and even farm fresh eggs were provided. Lots of dishes. Great place for a family to stay too. I would stay here again.

I grew up in Dalhousie so knew the area well. Being able to watch the sunrise over the Bay of Chaleur with my morning coffee was good for the soul. The home is right on the Inch Arran beach and so close to the Recreaplex with a great indoor pool! It was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, linens, cleaners. We arrived late and it was amazing to find coffee in the cupboard for our first morning! Pierre responded promptly to all of my emails and was able to accommodate all of my requests. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed for a month in November 2024. We both teleworked without any issues and with great ease. The chalet feels homey, cozy and has all the necessary ameneties to make a proper meal . We slept extremely well throughout our stay . It is worth noting that the view is absolutely amazing and the sunrises are mesmerizing. The seashore is great for a morning stroll and for spotting seals. We would stay here again!!!

We had a lovely stay and could have stayed a few more days with great pleasure. As described and even bigger than we expected. Comfortable beds. Clean. Quality appliances. Large TV (which we did not try though). Stunning river view. On the 132, but without noise, at least during our stay. Perfect for a family with two children. Parking available, self check-in. Eggs and Nespresso were waiting for us! If we have to find a place in Ste-Flavie again, we will probably go back here.

Our stay at Francis and Genevieve's Airbnb at the end of August 2024 was very pleasant. A nice warm welcome, a very well-equipped kitchen as well as Francis's availability to help us use the equipment well was much appreciated. The space is bright and suited us wonderfully. A view of the river that is also extraordinary makes it possible to have a great time on the veranda. Thank you so much.

This was my second stay this year and it was just as excellent in autumn as it was in early summer. Clean, cozy, homey, extremely well-equipped, excellent communication, private and quieter than you would expect given it is on the highway. Firm beds, great water pressure and hot water, bathtub. The path to the beach is magical, though steep enough when you come back up! We love the beach too, it's great for walking and beachcombing. Altogether a relaxing, restorative stay in a beautiful part of the world. Thank you so much, Angèle! We will be back.

We had a great stay at Melissa’s. It comfortably fit 10 guests, and is fully stocked to accommodate that many guests. Great place to stay if you have a big crowd. It is only a 20 minute drive from the ski hill so a great spot for a weekend of skiing!

Excellent location in Matane (above Centre de santé NutriKin) and stunning views of the water. Marie-Eve’s place is beautiful and includes all the amenities one can need for a stay. The private deck and seating is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunsets. Highly recommended.

Overall, we had a great stay at this rustic house with a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River, and the location was perfect for our group of 8. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the tranquility of the area most of the time. Unfortunately, one week night, the hostel located was 2 doors down had a very loud party that went on past 3 a.m., which did make it hard to sleep. Additionally, communication with the host was minimal - we were lucky to have left a day early, as we found out the key drop-off location was going to be closed on the day we were supposed to check out. Despite these two minor details, the property itself was lovely, and we had an enjoyable stay.
