Great place that was extremely clean. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout. Just know the bathroom is quite small but that's expected in this old yet well updated and maintained home. I loved the fans in each room and appreciated everything we needed for a night stay provided.

The place is a nice location where downtown is drivable or walkable depending on preference. The kitchen area was clean as was the bathroom. We enjoyed the vibe and would stay here again!

Genuinely great host, very generous with all the extras thrown in, even if I didn’t take advantage of many. Great price. Very comfortable, and just perfect for the week I spent waiting for my apartment to be ready. Can’t recommend it enough.

I stayed for four nights solo and it was perfect. I did a small load of laundry. Could reheat leftovers, and work from home. Good setup since I brought a few things with me. Walkable to restaurants (less than a mile) but bring a few things and it’s great!

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Five star place in every way. Super clean. Nice layout. Classy host helpfully stocked toiletries and snacks and is great communicator. Well appointed kitchen with top notch pans etc.

Aaron is an extremely responsive and helpful host. The home is well-appointed with technology/wifi, apple tv, extremely functional kitchen and a stocked coffee station! Wonderful stay visiting our 3 children who are students a Va Tech/Vet School.

This house was great! Great living room with lots of space for seating for hanging out. Great bedrooms! (Only complaint is to bring your own pillows as these are the tallest, hardest pillows ever 😂)

We stay often in Lakeside and Kevin is always so welcoming and supportive in our frequent stays. We love the cottages/houses and enjoy the quietness, how close it is to everything in Lynchburg and close to our family. We love that we can bring our pet dog. Love the new couches in the Ivy Cottage. Such a great stay! We will be back often!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We saw a show at DPAC, which was very close by, and then after check in were able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Antonio's place was spacious and in a great location- perfect for our needs.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!

Came for March Madness and college visits. Location was extremely convenient - 10 min/$10 uber ride to the games, 5 min to NC State, and 20-30 min to Durham and Chapel Hill. A plethora of good quality restaurants were all within a 15 min drive. The location was very quiet and peaceful and a nice getaway from the craziness of campuses and March Madness. Kiyonna was a wonderful host. Communication and logistics, check in and check out, were all very easy. She also provided some nice little treats upon arrival that were greatly appreciated. Beds and living area were very comfortable and it truly felt like home. The washer and dryer were handy as we got caught in the rain one day and were able to dry our clothes. Thank you for a wonderful, stress-free stay!
