Lovely little townhouse in Marstal. The house is newly renovated, with respect for the soul of the house, making it cozy and delicious to stay in. The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm on the ground floor, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also includes a patio and a lovely little patio. Townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbour, and a small kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

Welcome to our lovely townhouse in the center of Marstal, where we have done a lot to set the stage for a cozy and relaxing base when you are going to visit our lovely Ärø island sea. The house has a super distribution with 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor and large bedroom on the ground floor, where there is also a living room in open connection to the kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The whole house is 124 sqm. There is a patio, as well as a garden that provides space to also enjoy the outdoors secluded.

Nøset - skipper house from 1743

Charming little thatched holiday home with room for 4. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago path and bike routes start close by and buses are free on the island.

Charming holiday home in a super location, close to water, nature, shopping and city. Sleeps 9 for adults. Possibly room for more if some of the guests are small children. Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults. Similarly, there are a few hundred meters to the grocery store, ferry, and free bus that connects the island.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. Vi har netop købt vores drømmehus i Marstal på Ærø! På Ærø er der så hyggeligt og roligt og det vil vi rigtig gerne dele med andre. Her kan I virkelig koble fra og komme helt ned i et ferietempo, der ikke kan fås mange andre steder. Der er rigeligt at opleve på øen. Om du er til kajak, vandreture, strand eller museumsbesøg. Vi giver jer gerne fif til dagsture :) I huset er der plads til 6 personer. I er velkommen til at skrive, hvis I har spørgsmål til huset, byen eller øen.

Welcome to our lovely, renovated townhouse of 63 m2, located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets a few minutes walk from everything. The house is on two levels and has a cozy living room with possibility of bedding, a dining room and a nice small kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels and the like. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.
