Our long-awaited guest space in the LOWER LEVEL ( as in basement!) . There is a Living room, bedroom, bathroom w shower, a small kitchen with sink and small appliances. Decor is kept in clean and earthy colors. The entry is semi-private from Garage. Guests will enter through the garage into the home and then immediately find the access door to the basement. The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 65 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
