Our apartment is located in a multi-family house in the wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you a holiday apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree about 500m in front of the Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons with child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a seating area with TV, a separate work area with desk and Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already on the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also outdoor cinema) and restaurants. A fast supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spreetunnel. At Müggelsee you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. Trams take you to the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick Town Hall with its Ratskeller cellar and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the bustle of Berlin in just 30 minutes.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.
