We LOVED the Treetop Lodge! So many amazing details for everyone family member: my husband loved the good coffee, our kids loved the games and I loved how cozy and welcoming every nook and cranny of the place is. The welcome packet was so thoroughly put together, it made our stay there feel like home. We lost internet connection to the tv one afternoon; I texted Scott and he responded right away and took care of the situation within minutes. We highly recommend this place! Our stay was very positive. There were no issues with the house. It was very spacious and clean. I would probably recommend for a family or large group. The home is beautiful, has open spaces, and a large back yard. It was like a home away from home. The hosts were very responsive to my texts. We were not disappointed at all and will definitely use this house again when we visit Indianapolis.

Two of my colleagues and I booked a stay during the week of the NFL combine. This place is beautiful — the photos don’t do it justice. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and it was squeaky clean when we arrived. The management team was very communicative and proactive about answering questions and providing necessary information. There’s plenty of street parking available and it’s a cheap, quick ride share to everything downtown has to offer. We hope to book again for next year’s combine!

This was a fantastic place to stay while working in the area. The accommodation was comfortable, and the location was convenient for our work needs. Highly recommend!

Have stayed at Austin's properties in the past and will be back, presuming he'll have me. Since we started staying with Austin three years ago, we've come chosen his locations every time.

We had three couples staying for the weekend. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms with a private bath and the house was very clean.

We had 5 guys stay here for three nights for the PRI Show at the convention center. What was great about this house all of us got our own bed which was great. We absolutely had no trouble getting a Uber to downtown and the house location was great no trouble at all. I gave it 5 stars because everything was described as it was no surprises at all. Great host.

Their response time was prompt on all of our questions and were very friendly. Flexible with our check in. They worked to respond and correct the couple of inconveniences we experienced. This place worked great for the location and size that we needed with 7 people. Being able to park in the garage was a definite plus with all the weather etc.
