Very well-kept house with everything you need for a beautiful and comfortable stay. Daniela was extremely kind in welcoming and generous in making us find food and drinks for breakfast and even more. Congratulations!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Great place to stay. Very well equipped with absolutely everything. In fact probably only 1% of the things are listed but once you get in the home you have absolutely everything you need ( fully equipped kitchen including spices, detergents. All facilities work excellent. Instant hot water and heating, quiet location, very bright and clean. I noticed it has an extra foldable bed as well. I didn't need much because I only stayed for a couple of nights but if I was to come empty handed I could have had everything that I could possibly think of. Thanks Giuseppe for being so thoughtful about things which make a massive difference to others who are in transit . Would definitely go again! Highly recommend. I felt better than in any place I even stayed.

There were lots of amenities which was very helpful, a short 2 minute walk to the beach so a great location. Air conditioning was really nice as it was hot outside. Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and friendly people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. The parking space inside the owner is convenient, in a 5-minute walk you can reach the beach, both an equipped beach and a very large and well-maintained free beach. There are all kinds of shops nearby. Also great are the initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists. There is also so much to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's father, a truly exquisite person.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

We stayed in this beautiful home with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for the coldest like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts like cookies and fresh fruits from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Voto: 10 and praises!!!

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish furnishings. Thoughtful with the storage for the clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and rainshower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can't recommend it. It is a very beautiful and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. You have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The host is friendly and attentive, clear and prompt communication. Location is central, close to the beach and food stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment had a great view of the harbour and a lovely little balcony to enjoy the view with a glass of Prosecco. Fabio, the gentleman who checked us in, was extremely helpful and friendly. Vasylyna absolutely deserves her recognition as a super host! We couldn't be more pleased with her responsiveness, helpfulness and graciousness.
