Vacation rentals with a balcony in Marina Alta

Absolutely Stunning Apartment, Amazing views over the Beach/Port, and the castle at the back, Great location, walking distance to the old town which is beautiful! And our Host Sonia was lovely and very helpful with what to do and where to go in Alicante, and checked us in earlier which was appreciated, We will definitely be booking this apartment again in the future, Beautiful Apartment -Top five star Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in Peter's very nice and modern house over Christmas. The house was very suitable for us as a family, as especially the large kitchen and also the large living room offer a lot of space for all family members. Also noteworthy is the sensational kitchen equipment. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the building technology/heating in the winter time, but Peter was accessible at all times and tried very hard to fix all problems immediately. Even on 12/24, he delivered a new dishwasher. Price performance is still ok. Certainly the prices are higher over the holidays, but you also have to be aware that the house is not a detached house with a large garden, but a townhouse, and there are only smaller, tiled terraces in the outdoor area. The proximity to the beach (by car a few minutes), supermarkets, Alicante and the airport were outstanding. We would book this house again at any time for a family occasion.

Great location to access beaches , bars, restaurants and everything Javea has to offer. Very nice shared pool and surroundings. Facilities in the house were all we needed.

This apartment was perfectly located for my friends and I. it was far enough from the really busy nightlife not to be disturbed but close enough to walk into the centre when we wanted to. Lovely rooms and a fantastic view over the beach and sea.

A warning despite the fact that I gave David all 5 stars. The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues. You must negotiate a long stair case with your luggage to access the apartment. Then you must climb another staircase to reach the 3 bedrooms. To reach the washing machine, you must climb another long staircase. Allergies? I didn't feel well until I discovered a machine that sprays fragrance into the air. I unplugged it and felt better, although the entrance has a lot of fragrance sticks and the back sitting room has scented soaps. Also, One bath towel per person for each week is not enough, especially since you are not allowed to wash them. Finally, it was strongly suggested 3 days before check in that I pay about 140 Euro in excess of the Airbnb cleaning fee to have the host clean the apartment. This should be agreed on long in advance. I did not like this. But David is a responsive host and it's a very beautiful apartment. I highly recommend. Great apartment!
