Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Marietta

Anusha’s place was spotless and had a great setup for families! This was a very convenient location to my brother’s wedding venue (7 min). Anusha went above and beyond and went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated, and promptly responded to any questions or concerns that we had no matter the hour! Would stay here again! Hot tub was a great plus.

Staying at KABBLE was a great experience. The home is very warm and my family felt at home there. Thanks for all you did on our visit Kathy. You were very accommodating and super attentive!

Very happy we found this place. This was our third airbnb on this trip. I was so happy it was an instant booking we had access right away and the home was even better than the photos. My only hope is to come again and have a longer stay to take advantage of all there is to do to rewind and take in all this zen spaces has to offer. And we will. Very accommodating and eager to read the new book I was gifted! Merry Christmas from our family to yours! Jesus loves you and I could feel this in this home!

When we arrived to the home we noticed how nice the neighborhood was. Upon entering the home we were greeted by a nicely decorated home, that was laid out well. It had three beds rooms that had pleasant sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking equipment which was helpful since we were planning on doing a lot of cooking during our stay. The enclosed back porch was a very nice size. The hot tub was enjoyed by my family. The large back yard hard a fire pit area and plenty of space still available for people and our dog to play. We would definitely stay there again. Alex was also responsive when we contacted him.

Amazing Stay with great hosts

I’m proud to say I got to end 2024 at this Air BnB! My friend and I got to explore a lot of Marietta, play video games, grill out, play pool, air hockey, enjoy a spa, and walk trails in the area! I will say this Air Bnb was the first to offer essentials that you could forget or run out of! Examples: toiletries, food, medicines, and more! Thank you Lucas for letting us enjoy Christmas here!

Nancy is an amazing host and the house was beautiful. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed our time there. Would 10/10 recommend.

Private and peaceful. Very relaxing and secluded, but convenient to food, shopping and highways. Five adults had more than enough room to have our own space and there's a suite above the garage that was a great surprise. It was too cold for the pool, but it was clean and cared for. Great space. Great stay.

Rod's place was exceptional. The spacious, clean layout suited our group perfectly. Communication was effortless. Highlights included the game room, gym, and especially the outdoor heated pool - perfect for relaxation. The outdoor grilling area was a huge plus, allowing for enjoyable cookouts when weather permitted. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds added to our comfort. Convenient location and modern decor enhanced the experience. Rod's attention to detail made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a comfortable getaway with great outdoor amenities.

This Airbnb is stunning! Beautiful views, clean, and contemporary. We found enough comfy space in the living room with individual seating as well as three couches which is a rare find. The game room is large and a hit with young adults. The kitchen island is huge and there are many dining tables. The outdoor views are calming. Alina is very attentive with messaging to check in. The thermostat is a modern turning dial but I never needed to change it. Beautiful large stone showers and the master en suite is fit for a bride and groom. We were happy to learn of an additional studio nearby if ever needed for guests. Honestly the best place we have stayed in Georgia!. We saw deer multiple times on the driveway to the house. Worth the commute drive if you are going anywhere but once you are there you will not want to leave! If you have any hesitation take a tour of the house first and you will see it is just as pictured.

We enjoyed the complimentary welcome basket and coffee station, it was a nice personal touch. Our kids loved the downstairs play room and bunk beds. The hosts were very helpful and went out of their way to make our family feel welcomed in Marietta, and the surrounding area. We will definitely book this listing again when we plan for another family vacation.

Hard to describe a better host! The house is as beautiful as the pictures show and very communicative with instructions on check in, check out, and everything in between (not that we had much we needed to address). Would come back!

My family was traveling to Georgia to attain my daughter’s next Service Dog from Canine Assistants in Alpharetta. We were looking for a place our whole family(our pups included) could stay for the week, enjoy the beautiful surrounding area and relax with our friends that live locally. The Three Birches as a home and Roberta as its steward exceeded our expectations! We are a family of six (+ Pups), so it can get tight at times but not at the Three Birches. The home was perfect, spacious and easy to navigate, with acres of property to explore, along with donkeys, miniature horses and a Ram to keep us company. No Roosters needed to wake us each morning, the Donkeys bray was quite sufficient! Last but certainly not least, Roberta was beyond a gracious and supportive host. We communicated often before and during our stay at her family’s home. Never an issue. Would definitely come again, especially with Roberta at the helm!!

I had an amazing stay at this cabin! From the start, the host was incredibly responsive, answering my messages promptly and making the check-in process seamless. The cabin was spotless—everything was clean, from the floors to the dishes, which I didn’t end up using since I brought my own. The view was absolutely stunning, just as advertised in the listing photos. Having the option for early check-in and late check-out made my stay even more relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the cabin! the view was absolutely stunning and the house was gorgeous. We had some minor issues getting in, but the host was very responsive and took care of everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

very cute. all the stuff you’ll need in the kitchen is very handy. great hot tub experience. no complaints. would stay again. must have car as there are things to do within 20 minute driving distance. very cozy warm cabin, & hosts are amazing with responses & hospitality.

Great Airbnb and would definitely stay again!!! The house was perfect for our group of 11 people and could have accommodated more people if needed. The kitchen was nice for cooking large family meals as well as the dining area. The outdoor area with the grill and hot tub was awesome. There are multiple areas people can hang out in throughout the house. Parking was not an issue for 5 cars with plenty of parking left. The host was very responsive and answered always within minutes to anything we needed. The house also feels private yet close to stores. Overall would definitely stay again next time our group is in the area!!

We had a great time. The place represented the photos. Every room was very clean. There were plenty of amenities. The kitchen was completely stocked. This was the first airbnb we stayed at that had everything we needed. We were greeted with a wonderful basket of goodies. There was plenty of space and everyone was accommodated. They responded super quick to everything. The place has so much character. The cabin like feel was such a hit for my nieces sweet 16 celebration.
