Beautiful modern chic home north of Bari with everything you need. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, in a closed residential park, so it's completely safe. The nearest public transportation is about 2 km, so a rental car or taxi is recommended. Anton is more than a perfect host, he did everything for us, he helped us with everything, we were very happy to meet you, I hope to be back! Thank you Anton!

We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve, and had a very good time. We loved the company of the dogs and the kitten of the property, very affectionate. Roberta was a really kind and helpful host. In particular, she was very kind to reschedule a meeting in the following days, as once the stay was over, I realized that I had left an item in the apartment. She got it back and brought it back to me, thank you very much.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

Convenient location not far from the center of Terlizzi. Centers around all very nice and to visit. Surrounding house mainly in the countryside. Spacious house both inside and out, spacious porch, all very comfortable to relax. Mostly little or no sandy beaches. Clear sea.

This Spring is very well located, 2 steps from the sea, with facilities included: Pool, umbrella and beach mattress, bikes. Only downside to our stay, the price of Breakfasts 10€/pers with a very simple buffet, and the beach restaurant with a price difference of + €3 compared to the Spring! But the staff is very friendly which made our stay very pleasant Jean

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.

Luis and his family are amazing people, the best stay i had so far and i have been to many places. Truly enjoyed the stay and recommend it to everyone. You will feel like home and will meet a lot of amazing people.

An absolutely wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional home within the old city of Bari. The photos don’t do the house justice, it’s beautiful and the sunny terrace was a huge bonus. Lots of bars and wee shops close by but far enough away to ensure a quiet evening and night. There are a lot of stairs, which kept us fit! But may not suit someone with mobility issues. Highly recommend this family home to anyone planning to base themselves in Bari when exploring Puglia.

Giuseppe was great and very friendly. The place was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming again.

My brother and I were visiting our big family in Modugno and this was the most perfect pied-a terre, in our peaceful little town. We happened to arrive the weekend of the yearly pre-Christmas town fair. It was full of music, amazing food, and plenty of gifts and trinkets. The apartment is clean and charming as can be. I would consider making this our yearly pilgrimage place to stay.

Gianluca is a friendly host, taking care of us, we were 2 couples. The accommodation is functional and comfortable We will keep a good memory and maybe we will be happy to come back.

Better that we hoped for, the apartment is located very close to the castle and port, there is no washing machine but there is a laundromat right down the street. Very cozy and clean.

Worth more than I paid, Giuseppe's home is an unbelievably charming and comfortable multi-floor experience that really felt like an authentic taste of local Bari life. He was generous to respond quickly to all of my last-minute booking questions and I agree with earlier comments that if you are prepared for the quaint staircases, the space is actually larger than it appears in photos. I loved it. Ideal location, inside and out!

The second stay was lovely too. I just feel at home there and am really sad that I have to leave. Next time I will be happy to come back here ❤️❤️

Raffaella is an extremely responsive host and her house so accessible for all of Bari and very easy to access transport links. Location gives a feel of the old city but also day to day life. I loved being close to the bells. House is tall with a terrace, a huge bonus. Not a place for those that struggle with stairs but I loved the different floors. House was spotless too. I would go back.

Excellent vacation week and to repeat. The place and the whole complex are well maintained and cared for in every detail. Difficult climb to walk, 1 km with important slope. Exceptional view from the condominium terrace, equally quiet, possibility of using a barbecue and a wood-burning oven in the common area, equipped with a sink near the barbecue area and an additional condominium bathroom, always near the barbecue area. Well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, large refrigerator, only the oven is missing. Spacious room, well-kept bathroom and well cleaned. Air conditioning is not present, but the fan in the room is enough to ensure a good sleep. Highly recommended!

We had a very good stay at Angelo's apartment. The apartment is clean, quiet, well equipped and well located (8 min. walk to Crispi train station towards the airport; 23 min. walk to Arco Basso). Communication with Angelo before and during the stay was very friendly, very very accommodating and helpful. For check-in, a neighbor welcomed us and for check-out we were allowed to leave the keys on the table. I can recommend the place and thank you kindly to Angelo🌞

A charming, clean place with a dreamy terrace - highly recommend!

I’ve never had a more caring host! Andrea was so lovely and gave us thoughtful gifts of Prosecco fresh fruit and traditional Barese snacks. In addition to transporting us (and our large bags) to and from the train station! Even more that that, he made us a reservation for our first dinner and recommended also some beautiful local beach towns. The neighborhood was full of life with many of our neighbors sitting outside their doors on the street making for a lively and authentic Bari vecchia experience. I can’t wait to return to Bari and stay here again!! The only thing to note about the apartment is that the stairs can be a bit difficult (again, with large bags) but we managed!!!

A wonderful place with a very good location.

The location is just perfect for exploring Gargano and walkable to the beach. Even though our host did not speak English, our first language, we were easily able to communicate with Google translate and she had clear instructions written out in 5 languages. That was so gracious and helpful. The casa is just as the description and photos indicate. Will definitely be back. If you choose to visit Mattinata, which we recommend you do, make sure to take a boat ride up the coast with Luna Rosa! Spectacular once in a lifetime experience!
