Townhouse ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, as described, in absolute calm. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk. We were 5 couples of friends and enjoyed the spaces and amenities available.

We were delighted with our stay at Franck's. The house is very nice, clean, friendly, close to all amenities on foot, with the hot tub to run it all! Franck is a host anxious to do well, with adorable touches for our arrival, very available and full of good tips for a successful holiday! We will definitely come back to his place to renew this great vacation!

A very pleasant stay in a cute little cottage. Everything is there for a pleasant stay. The bedding is very comfortable, the cleanliness impeccable! The exteriors are perfectly maintained and the garden fenced, allowing children to play safely. Beautiful place in a nice quiet area. Valerie was always responsive. Highly recommended unless maybe you have trouble with mobility. There is a thin spiral staircase which is charming but if you struggle climbing steps could be an issue for you.

Very well located apartment close to shops and the city center without being in it. Very pleasant accommodation and the terrace is perfect. No inconvenience during our 2-week stay. The house was in a perfect location, it was quiet but close to everything. It was clean and well equipped. Marine was super responsive and easy to work with.

Very well located house in the Chartrons district, close to the docks and 20 minutes from the center on foot. We were there with friends, the house is suitable, large living room and beautiful kitchen very well equipped. We appreciated the linen being provided, the beds made upon arrival. The garage is a big plus, because you can't park on the street. Many restaurants nearby, and the tram or bus nearby. We'll definitely be back for a future weekend. Idea for improvement, having a 2nd bed in 160, because 140 for a couple is small! Thanks for the little touches.g

A nice cozy and functional little nest for a comfortable stay. Everything is set for comfort. Unfortunately, time didn't allow us to enjoy the exteriors.

Lovely hosts in a lovely part of the world. If you are looking for peace and quiet - WOW. The experience of the vineyards is only interrupted by frogs and the occasional windy day.

We had a super relaxing week in the beautiful house of Serge! We enjoyed the very tasteful decor and a dream garden with pool and various seating options very much. We rented bicycles to get around the village faster, as the house is located in a quiet residential area. Wonderful for sleeping. Only the third "bedroom" is not a real room but a passageway. But this is also shown in the description. We lacked nothing and we recommend the house without reservation! Thanks, Serge!

Family home ideal for families with small children. Games for them in a game room. Cribs. High chair. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. The children's island is close for activities. On the other hand, a car is essential for shopping and trips to the sea.

We had a great time, the pool is worthy of a 4-star rating, green and peaceful property. Everything is in place to have a relaxing vacation and disconnect.
