Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

Savoula's apartment is in the center, and thanks to the host's precise directions it was easy to find. The kitchen is well-equipped, with oil, salt and sugar available (always welcome). The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom is functional. The big plus is the terrace with the sofa and table, and the laundry room available. I really enjoyed it and recommend this apartment without a doubt.

A very nice place to stay. Especially quiet in the preseason. Large outdoor space for your own use and drinking coffee directly by the sea😊. The interior is spacious, so you can feel comfortable indoors even in cooler temperatures. Communication great, fast and very friendly. Thanks Nikos! We really enjoyed our stay in Kyma Beach during early April. It was very clean and it's a lovely "secret" location down by the beach. The 2 local restaurants were just opening up when we arrived and both served excellent food. Thanks a lot.

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. We stayed in Frangokastello for a week with our three children in the fall. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional foods as gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The accommodation itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the proximity to the beach. In the low season, the place is very, very quiet, there are only a handful of taverns in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely beachfront home. The house is very comfortable, and very judiciously thought out with its three terraces with three different orientations, one for the morning sun, one for the afternoon, one that is protected. We've seen the sea from everywhere, that's great! The environment is extremely quiet, we slept peacefully, what happiness! We just have a small road ( not busy ) to cross and we're at the beach. What a luxury! We will definitely be back!!

The apartment had beautiful views from both sides. There were small amenities which were a nice detail. Just below there is a mini market/cafe with very friendly staff. It is a 10 minute walk to the harbor and old town. Only downside was that the two twin beds were hard as rocks, and I needed to sleep on the sofa.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere and great service.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Sara and Giovanni are exquisite! Beautiful stay, fantastic area. We had a great time, the restaurant is a gem, you can eat divinely. In the evening, by the pool, sitting at the restaurant, there is a magical atmosphere, a peace for the senses. Our little girl fell in love with the pool! We'll definitely be back

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. We had an unforgettable stay in the seastar house! It is a real little paradise with its private access to the sea ( you fall asleep to the sound of the waves), its dream sunset and its ideal location. The absolutely adorable host picked us up on the road to guide us, gave us good advice to visit the place and answered any questions we had. Delicious homemade cakes and delicious candied figs were waiting for us upon arrival. The house is small but very well arranged; the kitchen is well equipped, beach slippers and towels are available, there are several spots around the house to eat, rest, barbecue or lounge on a hammock. Parking is available which is very convenient. You can walk to a nearby taverna. But once there you are in paradise between the sea and the flowers; you no longer want to leave at all. Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well-equipped, we didn't lack anything. The three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a very beautiful, wild beach, we loved it! I can't wait to go back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really enjoyed the special touches upon arrival. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great vacation 😊

We were totally delighted with the place and its amenities. Something I hadn't realized and which is a disturbing hair are the parties at the pool next door twice a week. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The hosts are charming and the two owners are very attentive. We will come back without hesitation.

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, Amazing attention to details- this place has EVERYTHING you need. Highest quality of hosting. We will be back
