Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

Savoula's apartment is in the heart of downtown, and thanks to the host's precise directions it was easy to find. The kitchen is well equipped, with oil, salt and sugar available (always welcome). The spacious bedroom and functional bathroom. The large plus the terrace with the sofa and table, and the laundry room available. I had a really good time and definitely recommend this apartment.

The perfect house, in an amazing location. Fani was lovely, and there to welcome us even though we arrived very late, close to midnight, due to flight delays. The house is very well equipped with everything one could need, not to mention beautiful and very well-appointed. And did I mention the location? Incredible - garden gate literally opens on to the beach. Ideal for midnight swims under stars. The garden itself is lovely, spacious, green, with mature tamarisk trees (one hung with a hammock that is the perfect place to dose off to the sound of the waves), plus a wonderful barbecue. Kolymbari is a lovely village, not too over-developed, but with plenty of delightful tavernas and bars and cafes, a marvellous gift and trinket shop, boat hire, and the beautiful monastery of Panagia Odigitria. Our party (of 6) agreed this is probably the most perfect place we’ve ever stayed.

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. We stayed in Frangokastello for a week in the fall with our three children. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional food gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The property itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the beach. In low season the place is very, very quiet, there is only a handful of tavernas in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

The complex is structured around a pool that is not large but still ideal for the number of guests. The outdoor area is well equipped with the availability of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a small gym but not too equipped. Very well cared for and clean, the interiors of the accommodations are essential but equipped with all comforts. Our apartment for 4 was perhaps a little small, the two beds in the living room are not completely comfortable and ideal only for children; keeping them open they lost indoor space in the living room even if there was still a table on the terrace to eat. Daily cleaning service and change of sheets every three days.. impeccable! The nearby beach has a tavern and a bar with sun loungers, we have always preferred to go around the west area of Crete and not stop there.. it is the ideal location to visit by car Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna and all the west beaches. 5 minutes by car from Kissamos and 20 from Chania.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Manolis's apartment for six nights. It is spacious, clean, conveniently-located to the old harbor/town, and so comfortable! There are two private, covered balconies - front & back of the apartment building - both offering great views. It was nice to be able to slide these doors open for the breeze. You will find a large portable clothes drying rack on the back balcony. It came in handy and our clothes dried within two days. The king-sized bed was super comfy. We didn't have a need for the second bedroom which had two twin beds or the oven/stovetop. There was plenty of surface space for our items, including in the bathroom, which is a big plus. The available parking spot was very convenient. The bus line was close by. We used the bus for a day hiking Samaria Gorge, as well as a couple times to hang out at Sunset Beach (~20 min ride). Communication with Manolis was perfect. We even had the pleasure of meeting his lovely mom. Recommended!

Great atmosphere and great service.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place! Thank you very much!

We can highly recommend Nikos beach house. Nikos is very friendly and helpful. The house has a very high quality, the small garden is peaceful and the beach is perfect for a morning swim and for snorkelling. Would even recommend the coffee and pastry at Matts cafe! We used the outside barbecue a couple of times with meat from the butcher in the town - and it was delicious.

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

Alexandra’s place finished off our holiday perfectly. It was better than the photos, with everything you needed. Cristina was great, very friendly and helpful, happy to welcome her to Australia if she comes for a holiday. There are quite a few restaurants around and it is only a short drive into Chania Old town (depending on traffic). The location was great as you could book tours or hire a boat. From this location we went to Balos, winery, olive oil tour and got to know the area. Would definitely stay again or recommend friends to stay. Thanks for making Crete so memorable.

My wife and I and four teens (ages 18-19) spent a delightful 10 days in Maleme, Crete during June. The apartment was well-equipped, and we appreciated the refreshing pool and air conditioning at night. Both the owner, Lesley, and our local host, Hannah, went out of their way to ensure our comfort. While the beach was pebbly, there were areas to swim. There are some great local restaurants in close walking distance. Maleme itself is quiet but convenient, with a nearby Synka supermarket. We explored Chania and other towns by bus, and a two-day car rental allowed us to discover more of the island. A boat trip to Balos beach and an island added to our memorable holiday experience.

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. Lovely stay, in a lovely house with a wonderfully attentive and kind host. Really good position for touring Western Crete, a car is obviously a must but the drives to places are really spectacular ( most drives are just over the hour to the south and west coasts). We did stay in November which sees very quiet roads and deserted beaches - like most of the Greek Islands the shoulder months are the time to see them at their very best. We would love to come back in Spring.

Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack for anything. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a beautiful beach, wild, we loved it! Can't wait to come back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really appreciated the attention when we arrived. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great holiday 😊

The two villas were absolutely perfect for our group of two families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. Eleni was very attentive she greeted us and offered early checkin and offered us some cozy suggestions on how to spend our time since it is off season, nothing was too much trouble. The villas had everything we needed, and the rooftop sauna was a standout feature we thoroughly enjoyed. The nearby beach, just a 5-minute stroll away and the area offers plenty of walking space.

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, Amazing attention to details- this place has EVERYTHING you need. Highest quality of hosting. We will be back
