We love it! The apartment was very clean and tidy, just like in the photos, everything was perfect! Jose was very helpful at all times and responded immediately to any questions.. the views from the balcony are unbeatable , and there is enough leisure in the area considering that we are in low season. Surely we will repeat when we come back in the area !

Africa turned out to be very flexible given the circumstances of my reservation (I booked for my parents and daughter) and communicated with them very smoothly all the time. They enjoyed a very pleasant and very comfortable stay in Africa's apartment

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

Totally recommended house, equipped with all comforts and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with a multitude of gardens to walk around and close to the beach of the minor sea. We will definitely repeat David - Larisa - Atreyu

We really enjoyed staying at this location. It is very well-located in a natural park, with views of the mountains and surrounding nature. The birdsong in the morning, the smell of the pine forest, the walks in the surrounding area, the proximity to the Fuensanta sanctuary (its beautifully sung masses, the views of the valley, the restaurant Quitapesares) where you can arrive on foot, from the Cresta del Gallo with beautiful trails on the peaks to walk... not to mention the pool area with BBQ, which we would have enjoyed more if it had not rained so much (which was exceptional enough for a month of March). On the other hand, the moments of sun and warmth were highly appreciated. The house had all the amenities. We'd love to come back.

Adolfo’s place was just as we imagined it to be, peaceful, great access for some great walks to La Marta/ Santa Pola and Guardamar Town. Buses were easy to jump on 2 minutes from the property, supermarket nearby and not forgetting Adolfo on hand for any help

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. We spent 2 months together with our little dog in the apartment and worked online from Formentera. The connection was very good. Furthermore, the apartment has everything you need. Especially drying the laundry on the roof terrace was pleasant. Enjoy the sun almost every afternoon on the spacious balcony. Tastefully decorated and nice and clean. Sleep well. Nice that you live among the locals. Karsten is a very good host. Questions were answered well and small imperfections were adequately resolved. We have had a nice time.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful residence. Pleasant for a weekend but great for a week because it's a large terrace and a beautiful space. Close to airport, Alicante, etc.. easy to access. We had a great time with a very responsive host!

This place was perfect for us. We picked it because of the beautiful view but it has more to offfer. You can feel home away from home as the design is beautiful and all you need is there. Even with rain outside you can just enjoy staying in and take advantage of the view. The place was clean, easy to find and the automatic check in is fantastic as you have no problems when you are coming late. Pedro is very proactive with recommondations! we would defenitely recommend the place and would come again.
