This house and Niki were both fantastic. Even without the pool in the backyard it would have been perfect for our reunion gathering; with the pool, and the long table for outdoor meals, it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Niki was easy, timely, and super-clear. Fun, even. Our group has no complaints and nothing but praise. If you want your small-to-medium sized group to gather together in the South Orange area, this place is for you!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—easy to catch an Uber back and forth into the city, but also surrounded by great food options that stay open late. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, especially in the winter, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer! The host was super helpful and friendly, always responding quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

I don’t have enough words to describe how good of experience this was, for the first time i would say that the pictures showed less that what this home is, this home is huge, gorgeous and have everything that could possible need. My family was very very happy, the access was easy, very clean and Chris was a supper host. We forgot our passport and he was so attentive to speak to us and made sure to send it in the mail. He saved our lives there, that meant a lot for us. We would definitely coming back. honestly, one of the best places that i stayed. If you choose this home i bet you anything you will not regret :)

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

As always, me & my daughter’s stay was great! Geet is always responsive & willing to help. This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. I would give this beach house a score of 100%. I’ll recommend this to anyone, Geet is always incredibly kind, patient, responsive & flexible which is a perfect combo. 👍😊👍😊😊😊😊👍👍

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Meghan and Dan, i cannot say enough wonderful things about your home. Perfect place to recoup from surgery. This is a pristine home. This is not an ordinary place, they took a lot of care in choosing everything. I even mentioned these are not “ curtains “ or average linen. This is true upholstery, textiles that are soft and last! The Rattan carpets Matched well with the decor. I would definitely recommend staying for any reason! I would call it a very American Cottage! Worth every penny and solitude! Thank you again

Patricia was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was extremely quick to respond, very friendly and provided us with great information about the area. Very walkable to go to grocery store, drug store and nearby restaurants. The apartment was exactly what we needed for our extended stay. Very comfortable, clean, great location, nicely furnished and exactly as described. We will definitely stay again!

This property really felt like a home away from home. I hosted many family members during my retirement celebration weekend. Everyone was comfortable. The home is clean and a great location for shopping, highway, Rutgers etc. The owners live on the premises in a private portion of the bldg. We never saw or heard them. The owners was promptly responsive each time I reached out to them. I truly cannot say one bad thing about this. I definitely would recommend it and stay there again.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was perfect and very clean and spacious. The hosts were VERY ACCOMMODATING and kind and worked with us in a late check out and early arrival. We were here for NYFW and Will definitely be returning in September! You need to book this place!

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. Robert’s home was just sd described and provided what you need for a comfortable visit. It is very close to the beach which is lovely.

Julio's place was squeeky clean. The kitchen was well lit and easy to work in. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Julio was easy to communicate with.
