They really care about their guests, and they always are ready to help. They treat you like family! I would go back definitely! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful house, just like the photos. Great for families or friends. Mariella and Mario excellent hosts, aware of what we need, advising on places and super friendly. We went with friends, we slept very comfortably and enjoyed every place of the house, the window with pillows was our favorite place, the environment is beautiful, the quiet neighborhood. We would always come back. Highly recommended, it made our trip to Cologne incredible.

The house is beautiful , the pool surrounded by trees is ideal , very clean and do it maintenance as well as the garden that is a dream , the gardener is very kind and friendly. Communication with Marina excellent , the woman who does the cleaning Anuk very good kind and super attentive . I would return as much as I could ... one block from the beach and with everything you need to have a good time, thank you a thousand Marina!

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

Staying in Casa Gorriti for a month felt like living in a palace in the middle of the city. It was amazing! The house is an impeccable location, easily walkable through several neighborhoods. We regularly walked 20 mins to the Plaza Italia subte station to get around, but also got several Ubers/Cabify easily from our place. There are endless options of amazing restaurants nearby, and also a well stocked kitchen we used regularly. Groceries were convenient to get from many shops within 2-10 minutes walk. We took advantage of the excellent parrilla to grill as well! I worked remotely the whole time. WiFi was great, and I was able to get a comfortable setup with the desk upstairs. My favorite amenity was the rooftop terrace. We spent lots of time with our morning coffee, having lunch, or sipping wine in the evening. I wouldn’t recommend this place for those who are sensitive to noise at night. You can hear the nightlife until super late most days. Absolutely loved our stay here!!

My stay was fantastic! The place has all the beauty of a 100-year old home and yet is also functional and comfortable and up-to-date. It was a great place for hosting guests as well. The location was very central as well and in walking distance to anything you could need. Highly recommend!

Everything as described, the host was very friendly and flexible in terms of check-in, always responded quickly, the apartment has a separate entrance and the neighborhood is very quiet, you can arrive by car in a few minutes everywhere! the bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and correct, only detail a wall with some moisture, consider it if they are allergic! Still, I recommend this place!

I stayed for a month and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Mariano is a very good host and helped me out with anything I needed. The location is excellent. In an safe and interesting neighborhood with many excellent restaurant's and cafes nearby but still quiet. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Ideal accommodation, beautiful apartment with many amenities, very attentive staff both the host and the doorkeepers of the building who are 24 hours . Quiet area, you can leave car on the street around without problems , guarded area.

The experience of staying in Nuñez was a grateful surprise, for the number of good restaurants and the variety of local shops. Although busy, the city is very quiet. The studio is well located, with everything around, close to the metro station and there is no shortage of individual and collective transportation options.

Apartment that has everything you need for a good and comfortable stay. The place is very well located , close to locomoción , supermarket , etc. As for Santiago , it responds very quickly and is friendly , it allowed us to check out a little later , as stipulated.

The asado that Rene made for us was the best we had on our entire trip! The breakfast was also very good. The home is beautiful with lots of character. We were concerned about safety in the area but it was better than expected. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants and felt safe.

I highly recommend it, the house is huge, comfortable, spacious, with super comfortable armchairs, the kitchenware is excellent. It has a large park, quincho and swimming pool. Everything is perfectly taken care of! Paulette complied with everything agreed, we will be back!!!!

This house is FANTASTIC. We went with 13 family members and every couple had a room and bathroom to themselves. Place is beautiful with a great courtyard and nice living room. Neighborhood cant be beat--- we spent two days just walking around Palermo. Hosts were super responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend this place!!!
