Vacation rentals with breakfast in Manly Beach

Wendy’s place had everything we needed and more for out stay. The fridge full of breakfast things was such a nice touch! Great clean space with lovely balconies, so close to Watson’s bay!

We loved our shift stay at Linda’s place. She let us check in early (very grateful after a bit long haul flight with sick kids) and even check out late. The house is a quiet seaside location. Just the short break we needed after a 5wk European vacation. We could see the 9pm new yr fireworks from balcony. But sadly we’re too jet lagged to stay awake until midnight. We’d love to stay again next time we r in Sydney, Thanks so much Linda!!

Leah and Paul's place was super clean and spacious with every detail well thought of. The surrounding bush land is beautiful and it's walking distance to the local shops.Leah was very helpful and all instructions are available for the stay. We will definitely be back!

This is such a beautiful stay nestled in the Northern Beaches. Excellent for a weekend away or even a long stay. Felt right at home. Francine is a great host, which made sure we had everything (including various milks for morning coffee, oil, salt etc). Highly recommend for couples!! Can’t wait to come back :)

The location was excellent for access to restaurants, cafes, pubs & public transport to the city. We loved the garden & the character of the original old home. Jennifer was a lovely host & very responsive. The info of the local area was excellent. Jennifer made us feel very welcome & we loved the thoughtful breakfast supplies. Thank you Jennifer.

We were there for a family occasion for the week and from the moment of early check-in, communication was brilliant, Phou and Luke were just amazing. Would recommend this to anyone who needed large group booking. The house had everything you could need and more. Was an easy walk to the train station every day. And the pub on the corner was excellent. Five minute walk to Marrickville shopping Centre. You couldn’t ask for more. I cannot recommend enough. Thanks guys. You made our week very memorable.

Great roomy house outside of busy Sydney inner suburbs. Great and friendly communications with the host made us feel welcome. This house is big and will suite large family or a group. We really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend it.

Had such a wonderful stay at Dini & Niel's place. The home is gorgeous and exactly like in the photos (even better in real life!). Dini & Niel were super responsive and helpful with any additional information we needed. The home is warm, welcoming, with a well stocked kitchen, and has immaculate pop art decor all through. I'd stay here again.

Shane's apartment is in an exceptional location. it is around 30 seconds walk from the front of the apartment to the swing bridge of the picturesque Parsley Bay beach. Only 15 minutes walk further on brings you to Watson's Bay where a number of cafes, restaurants and take aways are right on the waterside. Having a ferry terminal here also makes other locations such as Manly and Circular Quay easily accessible. The apartment is exactly as rendered in the AirBnB photos. It felt elegant, spacious and light and airy. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. Shane was highly responsive to requests particularly around some potential accessibility issues, offering to assist us as the stairs could have been a challenge. He was also helpful with suggestions for transport options and places to go. Overall, this is a well appointed, well located elegant apartment which has been a joy to stay in. Highly recommend.

We stayed for three weeks over Christmas and this really was the ideal ‘home away from home’. With two young kids, features such as the ‘wet-room’ bathroom with separate shower and bath and black-out blinds made this an even more comfortable stay!

We had a lovely stay at Glen’s place, the studio is much bigger than we expected from the pictures and it is super easy to get anywhere with all the transport links so close.

Great location, within walking distance of the Harbour and great links to CBD and Bondi Junction. Check in was super easy and flexible. Having laundry facilities was super useful as well. Would highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our brief stay. Very close to cafes, shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Wifi was excellent too as my husband relied on it to do some remote work. We found this apartment very comfortable. Thekla was a wonderful host and even made us a loaf of Artisan bread! Thank you!

Thanks Nives and Perry for your kind hospitality. The bread and fruit and supplies on arrival were much appreciated. The apartment was just what our family needed and very functional. The location is very convenient with secure parking underneath and walk through access for Coles and cafes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone considering a stay in Leichhardt.

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

Harry was a most generous host. Assisted with transport arrangements when required. Very genuine and open communicator and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Although only a short stay I felt like we parted as old mates, I think I could call him in a couple of months and catch up over a coffee or a drink and he would be as attentive and friendly as when we left. I was humbled by Harry’s ability to strike an instant rapport, with intelligent, insightful and fun conversation. Thankyou

What a delightful stay. We had a wedding in the East, yet this location was simply perfect. Close to public transportation and easy fast Ubers into the east. Great parking and a lovely bakery around the corner (Goose Bakery for great coffee and croissants). Skye was wonderful and the place was a delight to stay. Private, quiet, homely. Augie is also adorable 🐕

I had an excellent stay here. I think, Lea's place is one of the best airbnb I've experienced so far. The room was clean and stylist, and bed was very comfortable. A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and felt at home. All amenities were available as advertised. Lea also provided plenty of bfast choices and snacks, more than enough for my stay here. Would definetely recommend Lea and her property for holiday in Sydney.

I’ve been using Airbnb for many years now, and can honestly say this host has impeccable attention to detail, is courteous, flexible and above all, has an amazing pad. It had everything you could ever need, and the host went out of his way to put the personal finishing touches (bread, milk etc) for my arrival. Amazing and truly deserves 5 stars

Fabulous location in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of notable Sydney landmarks. I wish I’d been able to stay longer, because Darren and Ralph were so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The private suite in the third floor is well-decorated and furnished, clean, and comfortable. You can’t beat this location.
