A family of 6 adults we all enjoyed every minute of this traditional home. So close to the beach and Agios Nikolaos. The welcome from Villy’s father made us feel as if part of his family. The welcome treats were many and delicious. Villy was attentive throughout our stay. Everything in situ worked well. Super holiday

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

We (4 adults and 4 children 12,12,14,14) had a very nice stay in Kalamata and we loved to be your guests. The location just in front of the sea was incredible, calm and harmonious. The apartments were lovely and really personally. The mattress comfortable. Some of us snorkelled for the first time, wonderful. We ate tasty food at the beach bar and the small restaurants nearby and feel a little bit greek. If you need time for yourself book a week in this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's house. It's a beautiful stone house in a peaceful location and walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The sunset views from the terrace were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

We loved staying here for a month long climbing holiday. The space was warm, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and brought us delicious homemade food and treats. The location was perfect for walking anywhere in town and there was also a private parking space. The WiFi is a little slow. It’s fine for email, web browsing, and slow downloads, but not great for streaming or video chats. We got perfect 5G service on our phones, though. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and tidy. The house was spacious and in a very good spot. Mr. Nikos was quite helpful.

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

The accommodation was in a great location, we walked to the city center, close to the shopping and entertainment. There was parking next to us, we didn't have any trouble. It was well-equipped, it could have been a little more. The apartment was a little smaller than I expected, the balcony doors didn't open enough because of the bed and couch. The balcony is very cool and beautiful, like in the photos. The owner was very helpful, I called him to fix a bug and fixed it on the same day. Very good choice for stay in the center but also for excursions to the prefecture of Messinia! We would definitely stay again!

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

I had a great time at Emmanouela's apartment. It is perfectly located (the view is splendid), spacious, clean, well-appointed and above all incredibly well-equipped. It feels like home and it's a real comfort when you're traveling. The icing on the cake, Emmanouela is very professional, accommodating and friendly. When check-in was completely self-contained, I had several questions to ask her once she arrived and she always responded quickly and offered solutions. The instructions for both getting to the apartment and getting started were detailed and perfectly clear. In short, everything has been perfect and the value is unbeatable. A gem in short!

It was better than I expected the house,very clean, close to the sea,and with parking for the car. Kìm was very hospitable ,kind, helped us with what we asked her about the area. And of course if I visit the area again, I will book again in the same house to Kim. Thanks for everything.

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

We had a great stay at Akrogiali Avia! The location is right by the sea with calm surroundings, ideal for relaxing. The home was super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The host was extraordinarily welcoming and willing to help us with anything we needed. His hospitality made our stay even more special! We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet destination by the sea!
