Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

Very relaxing atmosphere…comfortable bed…everything worked:AC, TV, and Denise was very responsive . She suggested excellent restaurants within walking distance. It’s a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Museums and Selby Gardens within walking distance.

Our host accommodated our early check-in needs and was very responsive. Our room felt like home, or as my 5 yr old called it “our secret room.” I don’t recommend the unit for groups of 4 or more as it’s on the smaller side, but it was cozy for the 3 of us! The tiki bar and grill was a huge bonus - karaoke, drinks, amazing food and unforgettable hospitality. We went to 4 beaches in 5 days! Definitely would come back!

This condo was SO clean and absolutely perfect for our stay with gulf views and all the amenities you could need for a week’s stay! I would definitely stay here again. For anyone interested in booking this condo, don’t hesitate for a second. I will be truthful that if going during spring break time you should be prepared for loud college kids in nearby condos who don’t have much respect for those trying to sleep at 11:00, but we knew this going into our trip since we’ve been to Siesta Key before during spring break. That is not the fault of Jennifer though or her place. It is the perfect spot for a beach vacay, and I’d definitely visit again!

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

Susanna was a great host and definitely was accommodating and helpful and made our stay simple and delightful. Communication was great and she was flexible, which was helpful for us as well. Definitely provided everything needed and as advertised and would strongly recommend her and would choose her again for a future stay.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

I spent 2 weeks here and it was perfect. from the great condo, to the pool and clubhouse, to the friendly folks at the pool, to the free library of books in the clubhouse. the pool is a short stroll away and there is a hot tub. also another pool and hot tub nearby. pickle ball, shuffle board , bocce,etc. so close to many attractions, beaches, frozen custard!!!, and great restaurants. 5 star stay and a 10 star host to boot. thx Monica.

Colin's beachfront place was the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the screened patio was serene and the water was steps away. We had plenty of room at the beach so it was easy to hear nothing but the breeze and the waves. Guests from other units were generally quiet but we just stayed away from the at times crowded pool to maintain our peace and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

I looked for MONTHS to find a home that would accommodate my group. Not only was there enough space, but it was minutes away from where we needed to be all week. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and answered any and all questions so quickly. This was the best stocked kitchen our group has ever had and we rent 3+ homes every year. The 5 bathrooms were SO convenient as well. The home is BEAUTIFUL and is tucked away and in a safe and gorgeous neighborhood right off a golf course. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can! Thank you Hosts!

This little villa was a great place for us to stay for a week! It was perfect for us and our two dogs. We were able to walk them around each day, while still having the fenced in patio to play with them. The villa itself was clean and nicely done. Water pressure was fantastic! The villa was in a wonderful location as well for us and easy to get to different places!

Jeff & Lyn were great! Always extremely responsive and house was perfect with a fantastic pool and hot tub setting. Highly recommend for kids with the play area and fenced in pool. Only 15 minutes from siesta key. Our entire stay was amazing.

Bettina was a wonderful host. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need....coffee, filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, even a coffee grinder. Not by any means a full list. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Beaches were beautiful and close by, however a lot of traffic to and from, but don't let this be a deterrent. Communication was excellent and any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Bettina's homes. She keeps them well maintained, both inside and out. We stayed three months and enjoyed our time very much.

Oksana’s place was as described. Very comfortable for my family of 5. Fresh linens and towels. Snacks on counter and water in fridge was a nice touch. We used the beach chairs and toys provided. Thank you!

The house was so cute! Clean, neat, bright, fresh, everything we needed. Great location. Debbie was always very responsive to any questions we had. Literally answered any messages within minutes. The only issue with the house is that the bedroom and kitchen are a step down from the the level of the rest of the house. I almost fell during the night going to the kitchen since it is a step down from the dining room next to it, and I missed the step. We would have liked the TV's to be a little bigger. Other than that, the house it great. The only reason for my rating on the cost is that there were only two of us (even though the house can hold 9) so the price was a little steep per person.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Blessed Haven. It was all around a great stay, my only complaint is that we didn’t have more days to enjoy the space! We left knowing we would come back as soon as we can! We are already recommending the house to our friends here in Maine. Thank you!

From booking to checkout Anthony was very receptive to any issues we brought to his attention. He is very responsive and easy to work with. The house was the perfect place to host team dinner and several families comfortably for the weekend. My only complaint is we didn't have as much time as I had hoped to enjoy the house and some warmer weather. We would definitely book again!
