The place is very nice , the house is very comfortable with all the comforts all the rooms have air conditioning and fans, they left us with a large bottle of water and fruits, the place has a pool overlooking the sea, in the house you can not see the sea, the house is 20 minutes from the city of Manta, where all the restaurants, cafes, etc.

We spent some amazing days on the holiday with my family. The house is very comfortable, the rooms have everything you need, in the residence there are spations in common, the olon center 10 minutes walk and the Curia and Ayampe floors just a few minutes by car idéal to rest. Would return without hesitation

Ricardo is an excellent host, always very attentive to any novelty! the divine house! ideal for families with children, the area super safe and quiet. The beach was just a few meters from the house. had a spectacular view. the house had all the comforts to have an excellent vacation without having to bring anything extra! super recommended... sure we'll be back!!!

The place is beautiful, it's and perfect place to go for a family vacation. It has everything you need if you want to stay to work and also many places around to eat. The site is safe, we transit without light, thanks to the blackouts of this time, and nothing happened to us at all. Míriam is a very friendly person and was attentive to me in my questions and stay. It's definitely a place I would go back to:)

We had a great stay on site. Everything was as offered and exceeded our expectations. Luis Alfonso was always aware of our stay and was flexible with the departure time since our return was at night. Luis Alfonso allowed us to be in the suite for an additional few hours, which was perfect for us. I'm sure we'll be back.

This place definitely had an amazing view with everything you need and everything is close by like the mall, grocery store, restaurants and beach.. Darwin is the perfect host and always responsive. Juan's apartment is the same as the photographs, with an extraordinary view, it is comfortable and very cozy. Juan is a great host, he was always attentive. With my family we spend a few incredible days. Surely we'll be back.
