Family-friendly vacation rentals in Mammoth Lakes

Christine’s place was a perfect stay for my friends and I. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook some meals and the bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Each room had its own thermostat and it was cozy in every room, very comfortable. Firewood was provided and we made morning and evening fires. The living room was a main hang spot, playing games or watching a movie drinking hot chocolate. The hot tub was private and perfect at the end of a day on the mountain. The location was very walkable to shops and restaurants. We decided to drive to Mammoth Mountain ( Canyon Lodge) but you can easily take the free bus shuttles everywhere. Christine was incredibly responsive to my questions. Our last day, was a snow storm and they closed the 395 so we had to find one more night of stay last minute. Christine’s place was booked, but she went above and beyond and tried to find us an alternative place to stay. We’ve been to Mammoth many times and we would stay here again! Highly recommended

I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Mammoth! The location is perfect—super close to the resort, coffee shops, supermarkets, and more. The place itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and sofa bed were incredibly comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day outdoors. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book again!

Helens home was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was alittle small for 10 people but we had what we needed. Enjoyed out time there

The home was very cozy and convenient. The home was easy to find and access. It felt private without being seclusive. With lots of outdoor space for our little one and whole family to enjoy the snow. The condo location was very close to the mammoth transit stop which made it very easy to get to places of interest without having to take your car out. We appreciated the ample firewood which kept the whole home nice and warm. Olga was very responsive to all questions and inquiries and when we had a small situation arise with the fridge, she worked quick to get someone out to help. The home had plenty of linens, stocked kitchen supplies, and snow toys! We loved our christmas holiday and look forward to returning!

Great stay. Hosts regularly provided updates on road conditions as we came during a winter storm. Above and beyond. The house was great and as described with some nice touches that made the trip relaxing. The kitchen in particular is great and exceeded expectations.

Nathan is a great host and we enjoyed staying at his townhouse. Very convenient location for the slopes, restaurants and shopping. Easy parking next to the house.

This is a nice comfortable loft. Has all the amenities. Seriously has the best wood stove I have ever used.

I always stay here when going to mammoth and have a wonderful time. It’s a quiet location and the community is very dog friendly, I love being able to bring my dog on vacation with me. The house is very warm and I always feel extremely cozy after a long day snowboarding; the hot tub is always nice to have as an option as well.

Four of us (and a dog) stayed at this location for a ski trip and it was great. It was relatively close to the lodges, everything inside was clean and as expected, and the pathways to the parking behind the unit was well maintained (although this year the snow isn't crazy like it was in the past two years). We did hear a lot of footsteps from the unit upstairs but that wasn't an issue for us. The Internet was stable, and most of the lights were dimmable and it was so pleasant to be able to adjust the brightness as needed.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 on a ski trip to Mammoth! Hosts are proactive and very responsive. The home was clean while also having a warm, cozy feel. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Absolutely loved this stay! Diana was super responsive and her place was so clean! It’s a great location and such a short drive to the mountain. We loved the space and would definitely stay here again!

Mikes place was in a great location and very comfortable. All appliances were labeled with instructions, which made it easy to operate everything as intended.

We had a great stay despite a hiccup with the refrigerator. Gary promptly addressed the issue and our stay was not disrupted. The condo is in a wonderful location and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is easy and the indoor jacuzzi was a great as well. We will be back for sure!

We stayed here for 3 days, and everything was perfect! The place is spacious and accommodate big groups easily! The public Pool n Jacuzi is great and right next to the cabin! The bus station to the main lodge is conveniently located in just few steps from the cabin! Will come back here for sure!

Great place to stay up in the mountains with a small group or a family, the beds were extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other basics, the layout was spacious and location a quick drive over to the Eagle lodge for skiing. Allison was responsive and accommodating.

We loved staying here! The space was not only clean it had everything we could think of and then some. Melissa was super helpful, and proactive. Being right next to the hot tubs was absolutely worth it, no having to walk around freezing. The location was super convenient close to all the grocery stores and restaurants, easily walkable. We stayed with kids and everyone was happy and entertained the whole time. We would love to stay again.

Location is awesome, very convenient to walk into village. Underground covered parking is awesome for the winter storm days
