Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

We spent 15 days in Loredana's place out of 10. Everything was tidy and well maintained. Air conditioners present that made the night restful on these hot days. Beautiful terrace to use in the evening.

I would like to point out that the review may seem false and I don't always take a lot of length, but this is because it was the best experience I've ever had since I used AirB&B, despite the circumstances of the stay being unpleasant and completely unforeseen😅 Giovanni is an impeccable host, very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to put us at ease and "alleviate" the inconvenience of our stay. The house is beautiful, new, fully furnished and complete with every comfort... even a sofa with a reclining back 😍 (whatever you need, outlets, adapters... in the house you can find it!). Well heated (and air-conditioned, so definitely perfect even in summer). The area is easily accessible by car and nearby, just a short walk away, there is everything (bar, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacco shop). I'll definitely be back in the future, and I'll be back from there.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Very friendly host, is proactive in providing information and available for any needs. The apartment is very spacious, corresponds to the description and photos, with all amenities, in the city center, there is private parking. The location is great, everything you need is within a walking distance: cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, train station and most importantly 5 minutes to the sea. Ideal for family vacations, highly recommend it.

It's always a pleasure to return to this apartment. Gabriella is a fabulous host, attentive to the smallest details. Recently renovated apartment, equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a stay as if you were at home. The central location allows you to park your car and move comfortably on foot, or by train. We'll be back again.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

we sat at Susi's place for a week, it was a lovely cottage with all the comforts. Beds slept great,shower was nice,kitchen with everything you can use. Pool was lovely and the area was more than enough to do, beach,mountains,lake ,waterfalls, we came short of time. Regards,Michiel

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

Excellent hosting by Daniela, who is a very nice and available welcoming host. The environment is beautiful with the vineyards where you can walk with the dog, the view that you can admire at aperitif time in the different tastefully furnished lounges! Access to the cellar to taste local products is a great idea and to be tested! Our three children loved the environment with the pool, the trampoline and the lively games of foosball that reminded us of our youth! Thank you for this long weekend where we put down our phones and where we enjoyed the sweetness of the night in a very clean and pleasant accommodation for 5! I will recommend this accommodation to friends! And surely see you very soon!

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Our stay at Angelo‘s was absolutely incredible! Nestled in a stunning mountain location, this property offers breathtaking views and a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was exceptional—so friendly, responsive, and helpful, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we booked, they were attentive and quick to answer any questions, adding a personal touch to the experience. We traveled with family, and this getaway proved to be the ideal space for bonding and relaxation. The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.

Leonardo was just a perfect host. In addition to meeting us with an early check-in, he immediately delighted us with some local gems to be able to live it at its best and the small cadeau who brightened our stay. Having bikes available for travel was exceptional, the house was impeccable, the indication of an affiliated bathroom where relaxing was very helpful and classy (in addition to providing us with a discount on lunches and dinners). The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

The house respected the description We had a great time and Mrs. Patrizia was super kind and helpful. We stayed with 3 children who also found themselves very at home because there were several games from the youngest to the largest ones!!! We definitely recommend this place

Amazing place. We loved being just across from the beach. The area was private and quiet during our stay. Inside the unit we had sufficient amenities for a week long stay including basic cooking supplies, oven and microwave. There are heat pumps in each room and the living room. Check-in was super easy and Fabian was so very helpful during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!
