Vacation rentals with lake access in Malvik Municipality

Beautiful home where we were lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights! The house was spacious for 4 of us, comfy, clean and had everything that we needed. We even got to meet the family’s cat :) Renate was also extremely friendly and responsive which made the whole stay pleasant. Highly recommend!

Close to the golf course and large area to relax.

Nina's cabin is by far our favorite Airbnb we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Firstly, Nina is the most kind, wonderful, lovely host and she took such good care of us during our visit, even before arriving to help us with Wifi, directions, local recommendations, etc. Her cabin on the lake is the most idyllic, peaceful little home decorated so beautifully with rustic Scandic features and furniture. We could have stayed a month enjoying the calm of the lake, the views, and the nearby farms. Every morning waking up at this quaint little cabin was just breathtaking. We are already counting the days until we can come back to visit again. What an absolute gem of a home in Selbu. Thank you Nina!

Warm welcome upon arrival; heating was on, a flower on the table and a box of chocolate on the counter. A very nice house with lots of amenities, a bus stop in front of the door and a supermarket within walking distance for fresh rolls. We had a very enjoyable stay with 5 adults!

The accommodation was great for my colleagues, very clean and tidy. Communication with the host was also great and fast. I recommend to everyone!

Stayed here for a week with 4 children and 2 dogs, and it was right in the middle of our need. Very cozy house in quiet and nice neighborhood! Easy to get to the city center, and walking distance to shops, nice walks, etc. The landlords were also helpful and responded quickly when we had any questions! Would love to come again :)

Cheerful host who responded quickly

The apartment is a block away from a bus stop that takes you straight into central Trondheim or in the other direction to hiking and cross country skiing. The place was clean and really well stocked especially the kitchen (pots/pans, spices, utensils). It was a perfect homebase to explore Trondheim. it was bigger than the pictures made it look. If you have bad pet allergies, it may not be the place for you since it is pet friendly.

Great apartment in a great location! Centrally located yet peaceful. Some confusion with regards to check-in due to different instructions regarding location and method of key collection. Relatively clean, but had not done anything with a deep clean (the kitchen drawer, etc.). All in all great apartment with good value!

The apartment is the perfect base for a few days exploring Trondheim, and wonderful that we could bring our dog. We went hiking in Lavollen and took the number 3 bus into Trondheim for a day exploring. We had take away pizza from the grill and a lovely burger from Kompis. Both just a few minutes walk. The kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas too. Magnus was very responsive to any questions (the washing machine is in the basement!) Parking was great for our camper and we had snow whilst we stayed! We felt right at home and it’s a lovely quiet neighbourhood.

We had a lovely stay at Johanne's apartment. The apartment is small, but the decor is new and modern. Communication with Johanne was very good. The residential area is very hip and the apartment is within walking distance of downtown. We felt very comfortable.
