Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Malang

Thank you Ibu yulia, it's nice to stay in a comfortable house, the kids are happy there is a fish pond, a spacious yard, the living room is also very spacious

The villa was clean, the rooms smelled great as soon as we arrived, and the pool was well-maintained—perfect for relaxing and swimming. Plus, there’s a billiard table for some fun family time. There were a few minor issues, though. Two of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water, and one bathroom door was a bit hard to open. But it wasn’t a big deal since everything else was great. Overall, we all enjoyed staying there.

so far it is very comfortable, but the air conditioner in the main room isn't cold and the bathroom tap is not fast so if you take a shower it takes a little bit longtime

The property is splendid for a big family. It has 3 bedrooms. Biem only advertised 2 bathrooms but actually there is an additional outdoor bathroom close to the pool, so it’s a plus. The master bedroom has an en-suite, but the toilet was a bit clogged. The other toilets worked just fine and each had water heater. The house has spacious common rooms, perfect for big family. There is a big balcony upstairs, complete with sofa and swing seat. The kitchen is outdoor and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private swimming pool. The pool is spacious, unlike other villas nearby. It was so peaceful, relaxing at the gazebo and feeding the fish at the pond next to it (fish food was provided). The caretaker, Mr. Suladi, was very helpful and polite. He helped us buy durian and charcoal for BBQ. He and Biem were flexible about early check-in. Both were always fast response. At my rate (IDR5M/night), it might be a bit pricey (due to peak season perhaps), but worth every penny. We had a fabulous stay.

Great place to stay with mountain view.

The host was very responsive even if we had issues with the internet and the Netflix. We had our family and we wanted to get the TV shows on and they were proactive in providing us with the solutions. The place is peaceful with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Thank you for giving us an enjoyable stay.

January 18-20, 2025 yesterday my family and I stayed here. The location is very strategic, close to UB campus, clean, the place is as described and very comfortable for families. Mas Eko is also very responsive and easy to contact. Overall very okay and worth it :)

My family really enjoyed our time in this studio house, even more time here than going out because you can order food from outside (easy to find grab), the location is in the middle of the city but the atmosphere is like in a rock surrounded by cool trees. Going to downtown Malang (without long weekend traffic) it can be only 10 minutes. From the toll exit is very close. The surrounding atmosphere is safe because it is still a visual reach of the security guard post. The concept is interesting, suitable for a family with 2 children, interesting lighting plus an upper window that sleeps while looking at the ceiling. The indoor atmosphere is spacious, there are two smart tvs, 1 air conditioning but it is very cold for the whole room. Amenities are complete, towels are available 4. Dishwaser, Washing Machine, Electric stove, refrigerator, dispenser, water heater, microwave,hair dryer and dining utensils are all complete. Cool, thanks

Renters were very responsive and contactable. Very cooperative. The villa we use is very big for 16 people, worth it for rent and as described. There is a Villa that if contacted there is a problem coming soon. Sometimes the water runs out, you have to wait for the water pump to rise by 10 minutes because 16 people take a shower, it's normal. And very understandable. The most for wc is the floor is better. But it's still reasonable. At this price, facilities are close to everywhere, by the way bed. Very worth it. All families admit to being satisfied.
