Our recent stay at this amazing house, hosted by the absolutely wonderful Gramma Rikki, was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed breathtaking views and easy access to all the island's treasures. Whether we wanted to explore the vibrant town, hike scenic trails, or simply relax and soak in the tranquility, everything was conveniently within reach. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality of Gramma Rikki. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests, and we truly appreciated their warm and welcoming spirit. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the island. great cabin on the outskirts of Victoria with lots to do!

Budd's place was even better than I expected and I can't wait to return. My friends were also blown away by how stunning it was. It had everything you could possibly need and was such a great escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Great Stay! Beautiful property and wonderful place to relax

Our stay here was truly amazing. We were in town for a family wedding which was fun but our stay at this beautiful oasis made it an even more memorable time. We loved all the various spaces available which provided ample space for all of our family (6 of us) to hang out together or just find a cozy space to read and relax. The home is very well appointed and stocked (kitchen supplies & equipment, toiletries, linens, towels) - everything you could think of needing was there. We were nervous about using the pizza oven but Louis and Tasha walked us through how to use it and our home made pizzas were a huge hit! The back yard was indeed a relaxing retreat with the waterfall and natural swim pond, including beautiful vegetation and flowers. The privacy of the space made you forget you were in the city! Our hosts definitely anticipated our every need. Pride of ownership was certainly evident. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Victoria!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful location and property. It exceeded my expectations! The host was friendly and helpful, the house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay, and the area was gorgeous.

The place is wonderful, we enjoyed the decks and the hot tub and visiting in the space. The pool table was a big hit with our family! One piece of feedback is there were no chairs for sitting outside on the decks or near the pool or hot tub. We speculated it was because of the time of year (April) and the outdoor furniture was perhaps packed up for winter time still. That is the only feedback though. Thank you for allowing us the use of the space it was perfect for our needs.

The terrific kitchen/appliances even improved my cooking! Parking is off the road so it is important to refer to instructions, but it therefore has very safe, ample parking and privacy. It is well set up for large gatherings, retreats, gourmet cooking classes, etc, with kitchen, pool, hot tub, sauna. Has wonderful panoramic views of lake — changing light, scullers and crew boats.

Victoria & Christina’s place was convenient, comfortable, clean, and private. They were very responsive in communications. We appreciated the small and thoughtful touches for our stay. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Seymour was responsive and check-in was a breeze. We felt right at home in the tidy house with spacious rooms. The labels around the house were helpful and unobtrusive. Great location for tourists, and nature lovers. Shopping, dining and a lovely coffeeshop near by. Comfortable beds and linens. This was definitely the best Air B&B I’ve stayed in and hope to stay here again each time I return to the island.

The stay at the little house on the west coast was impeccable. My husband and I needed a break and the stay here was exactly what we needed. An impeccably clean and peaceful home with a beautiful view. We felt we could stay on the balcony forever looking out to the ocean, listening to birds and watching wildlife. Tess was so thoughtful and detailed with providing information that we would need. It truly was a wonderful stay and we are already planning our next trip here!

We had a fantastic stay at Marlena’s place. The home is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared - we especially enjoyed the ping pong table, the lovely welcome basket, and the relaxing hot tub. The surrounding area and nearby beaches are serene and stunning. Thank you, Marlena, for such a wonderful and memorable visit!

We had a fantastic stay - right on the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The jacuzzi overlooking the water was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is spectacular with everything you could need and the living area is very nice. The full wall of glass windows and sliders with the wrap-around deck was great. The heated floors were an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

Highly impressed with host Zoe. Space in the house was utilized well. The house is desist for two private bedrooms. The patio room can be used as a sleeping area, but is the only access to the backyard. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the use of the house. Zoe is always on top of communication. A beautiful home with everything you will need for family. It is very spacious and quiet, central to downtown Victoria, Saanich and Island Hwy. Deck was a nice place to sit and relax and cook on the bbq. Master bath has a nice soaker. Family loved our stay. Shelley is a great hostess.

We had originally booked this home for May 2024 but we had to cancel last minute because of a passport mess-up. Josie was kind enough to credit us the stay and let us reschedule. Once we arrived, our jaws dropped. The photos don’t do justice how stunning this space is. I leapt around the first 24 hours because I was so thrilled to be there with my friends, celebrating life. The beds are a dream, the forest is enchanting and we could not get enough of the outdoor shower/sauna experience. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!!

Tara is an excellent host. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub in backyard combined with the pristine landscape of a forest made the setting peaceful. The TV was easy to use. All of the brochures about Victoria gave us ideas on what to see and do. We considered the kitchen to be a bonus (our kitchen back home is being updated). Overall, Tara’s home is an excellent choice as an Airbnb and I would highly recommend it to anyone. 😊

Lovely home. Sparkling clean. Excellent stocked kitchen. We all loved the espresso machine with beans provided. The heated deck and comfortable furniture was the best feature. We also loved the view and all the birds. The area around the house is not walkable though. It sits on a very busy road with no sidewalk. We couldn't walk our grandson around in his stroller. All in all a good home. Would book again. 😉

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

We did not stay at Iqbal's place but booked it for two of our artistic staff to stay at while we were working in Victoria. We loved it when we visited to drop them off. They had a great experience, very clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend the place to anyone and really appreciated Iqbal's communication to make sure everything went well during our stay.

Rebecca’s home is lovely and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect for access to Ganges, hiking Mt Erskine, or going up or down island. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Rebecca’s communication is top notch and all instructions are very clear. Highly recommend!

Michelle’s place was great for our family of 7 and 3 dogs! All the space you need to relax and enjoy Sooke! Very comfortable and convenient location

This place is a gem. Looking over the water, watching the seals and birds was so peaceful. The house is very well equipped and beautifully done. Can’t say enough about this place. Enjoy!

We were very impressed with Sheri's place! it was by far the all over nicest rental we have stayed at. It was very clean and tidy and the place was lovely inside and out. The location is a nice quiet residential area and just a few minute walk to the beach and spit . I would highly recommend Sheri's place , 5 stars all the way!!
