Pros: great location and very pretty home. You can literally walk or short drive to best beaches in Maui, restaurants, shopping and food trucks. Home has a very peaceful and nice vibe. Well stocked kitchen and most of beach stuff that you will need Cons: home is little bit on older side and could use some darkening curtains. I like to sleep in dark, so if it doesn’t matter to you. This is the best value home. It is still very bright in night due to location on road and gets bright very early in morning. I did not had any noise issues like other guests. It is on 1st floor, so it is a bit hard to carry luggage up and down with kids

Kaon is a good soul and a very nice host. Checkin was super easy, he showed me as well the neighborhood and answered all my questions. He is allways there when u need him, but also very quiet and respects your privacy. His House is a perfect Spot to explore the island

Very clean and comfortable spot up on the hill in Wailea. Just a quick walk to Monkeypod for drinks and Akamai for coffee- would recommend driving to the beach (free parking!) since the walk back home can be tough. Loved the quiet pool area and sunset views.

My husband and I had the privilege of staying in the PH suite at Sugar Beach. This was a perfect, quiet location yet so close to all of what Kihei has to offer. The views were stunning, and we witnessed a sea turtle coming ashore right from the balcony. We will be staying here again on our next trip to beautiful Maui!

Beautiful Beachfront Townhouse !

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Doug's place in Kihei. You can't beat the location--right in Kihei yet set back down a private road and right on the beach. The views out of the windows are amazing, and within a short walk your feet are in the sand, at the ocean's edge where turtles are peaking their cute little heads out consistently. We even encountered a turtle lounging on the beach! The house is stocked with the basics: plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, nice towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and with the windows open and the fans on, the island breeze keeps the house very comfortable. Doug also has beach chairs and an umbrella for easy lounging. Highly recommend Doug's place!

Beautiful view from the lanai and sound of the waves makes David’s condo very special. Great location for exploring Maui and right on the beach. David is an excellent host and always in touch. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. Wonderful hideaway on Sugar Beach. Mahalo.

We stayed for nearly 2 weeks during the Holidays. The Treehouse is just perfect, clean, comfortable and well equipped and easy to find. Everything what you need like restaurants, grocery stores are in a walkable distance. A lot of great beaches are close to walk or in a radius of 3 miles to drive. Pamela is great host, easy communication and her response was fast. We can just highly recommend Pam‘s Treehouse and we will return for sure.

Mrs. Barbara was very good at giving us her time every time we had a question about something regarding the condominium. The truth is that my family's stay there was very pleasant. Thanks to her being very kind the whole time. This is something very important that I want to mention. I had to return the unit at 11am, but our flight was not until 4:30 and she allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few more hours. I really appreciate this because our luggage was safe the whole time we were gone.

My husband and I spent five amazing days at James‘s beautiful condo. The views from the fourth floor lanai overlooking the beach and ocean were spectacular. The location was very convenient to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fabulous and we made lots of amazing meals. The rooftop bbq area was a fabulous spot to grill and watch the sunset. Would return again for sure!

Tracey was a superhost and provided some great recommendations for things to do when on Maui. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and an oceanfront view from the Condo. Even saw whales with binoculars from the shoreline. Looking forward to hopefully visiting again soon. Much Mahalo!

Derek’s bnb at South Kihei is at very convenient location and more importantly the beach is at shouting distance. Derek is a super host who is very responsive and shared clear instructions on how to get there. We loved the living room, kitchen, bathroom and all amenities inside. Overall, I would rate this place a solid 5 out of 5. Highly recommended for people visiting Maui and planning to stay at South Kihei. Thank you, Derek for the best experience during our stay at your place.

The condo was exactly as advertised with a beautiful view of the ocean, great amenities, and a very responsive host. Despite a major rare storm that caused some road closures in the area, we had a wonderful time at this space and I would highly recommend it to any visitor to Maui!

We loved staying at Lily's place at the KOA. The grounds were beautiful and had many activities for us to enjoy including tennis, pool area, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table. Very convenient location to access the shoreline and walk for miles along the beach. The place was clean and friendly. The kitchen is a little outdated, but everything functions perfectly! We loved sitting on the balcony and sipping our coffee in the morning. Overall, a good stay for two couples! Thank you Lily!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei! The condo is centrally located so we were able to make our way around the island very easily. We appreciated the view of the grounds, pool, and ocean from the lanai. We will be recommending this property to our family and friends. You should definitely check out the food trucks and atmosphere at the South Maui Gardens. 😋

We had a great stay at Kihei Bay Surf. We were right across the street from the beach, but when it got too windy, we also had pool access which was very nice. The road was a bit busy, but ultimately not too bad. For those guests that like to cook from their stays (like we do) we found the kitchen well equipped, though you may want to plan ahead regarding seasonings and condiments, etc. There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby (Karen's recommendations were all excellent!) Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin to celebrate Valentine's. A truly peaceful and special place with breathtaking views of the island and stunning starry skies at night. We also enjoyed explored Kula and Makawao, including going to the farmer's market and checking out local restaurants like Grandma's Coffee and Mahalo Aleworks. Can't wait to come back!

Brians home was amazing! It being so much cheaper then most hotels was awesome and the home was giant and really comfy. We would stay again if we come back to Maui!
