Great stay, and much nicer in real life even. Good value.

We loved the traditional house, grounds & pool. Our ensuite shower room was particularly large & well equipped. The short walk to the village square with bars & cafes & free car parking made this, for us, the perfect stay.

The accommodation is very well centered in Palma and close to the square with all buses. The accommodation is very clean (the cleaning is done 2 times a day) and the host is very friendly and will make all his recommendations for places to visit when you arrive!

What a beautiful place. We will definitely come back.

if you are looking for peace and an exceptional accommodation, this is absolutely right. the house is wonderfully large, cozy and we liked that it was possible to cook together and still be able to retreat privately. the nature all around is breathtaking. the view over the valley and the mountains have impressed us again every day, we will really be happy to come back. thank you!

Small and almost private residence in the heart of the old town but with the amenities of the restaurant in the square a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was exceptional and roof terrace a bonus.

A beautiful accommodation, totally quiet and idyllically located. A great mix of old and modern (super nice bathroom!). Breakfast is included. The hosts are very accommodating, with tips for the area. Communication straightforward :)

This hotel is perfect. The welcome was exceptional, we had tons of recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants. The hotel has just opened its doors at the beginning of summer 2023, everything is new and immaculate, tastefully renovated. Rooms are spacious and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is quiet in the surroundings, you may hear the cicadas and sheep in the distance in a very pleasant way. The staff is kind, at your disposal and ready to bend over for you. The pools are super clean, the facilities too. Breakfast is royal. We had a great holiday, thank you!

A paradise oasis! Could not recommend this place more. Antoni and his family are excellent hosts. The room was spacious, bed king sized and everything was lovely and clean. The breakfast selection is everything you could want, as was the dinner we had. Excellent value for money! The pool area is perfect and the grounds are covered in flowers and fruit trees, with lots of wildlife around the area. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return one day!

The hotel was hard for me to find because the address was incorrectly marked on Google. I called and immediately got nice help. Breakfast was delicious too! And the location in Estellencs has been a perfect stop on my hike.

We enjoyed staying in Musa her apartment. We asked her to come earlier than expected and it was not a problem. The whole communication was great. Sometimes it was not so easy to find a parking slot but in the end we always had one. The house with three floors is amazing. It is so beautiful furnished with so many details. We loved it. Please have in mind that there is no AC and it can get very warm in Mallorca. There had been three fans and we did not had a problem with the heat. Our personal highlight was the 3rd floor - the rooftop. We spend very beautiful nights on it. I can highly recommend sleeping in this house and getting the chance to meet Musa - she is lovely! Thank you very much for the stay!

A beautiful and tranquil place to stay in the heart of the Serra de Tramontana region. The room is well equipped with everything you could need, plenty of space to unpack and settle in. We bought food and drinks to cook for ourselves in the room when we wanted to and could store 2 weeks worth easily in the fridge and in cupboards. There is a lovely space to sit and relax for the day/evening on your own private balcony or other picturesque spaces to relax around the estate. The room interior design is stunning, modern and clean in style and we were able to make the place feel like home for 2 weeks. Breakfast is catered for by Rondaia and the choices are great- all local produce, Ana offered to get anything extra you would like if needed outside of what was already available. This wasn’t necessary for us as the fruit/yogurt/pastries were perfect. The honesty bar available 24hours meant you could have an ice cream/Beer/snack etc as an extra whenever you fancied which was a nice treat. The staff on the estate were all super friendly and helpful and efficient if we needed help, eg.whenever you wanted a change of pool towels or fresh sheets in the room they would do it on request. Overall we had an excellent stay for 2 weeks at Rondaia and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Holiday to relax in a beautiful location with a great pool with close access to all the pretty villages/ports and coves in Mallorca, when you fancy a day out. We loved it and will be back again, thank you Ana for your hospitality, from start to finish you were in touch to make sure we were happy with our stay and were so accommodating to all of our needs.

Clean and large house. Perfect to spend a few days in Palma de Mallorca. The neighborhood doesn't offer much but it's perfect if you want to rent a car/motorcycle and get around the island. The highway exit is less than 5 minutes away. Mayka has been a fantastic host always reactive for anything. I would repeat without thinking.

We had a very nice stay - the location is perfect for exploring the Tramuntana mountains. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. The on-site restaurant is ecellent - we definitely recommend having dinner there!

A really quiet and idyllic place where you can unwind. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very clean, as is the pool. The breakfast was simple, but absolutely sufficient and delicious. We had wonderful days on the finca and would love to come back.
