Had a wonderful stay at this place. The Host, Manager, Care Taker and the Security were all so prompt and helpful. This property is very close to the beach and has a very good view from the 2nd Floor. The only possible improvement I could think about is "Having some Indoor Games". This might add value. Overall we all had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay.

Rasaa Farms was a perfect weekend getaway. We went as a family of 9 people, and thoroughly enjoyed the property and its facilities such as the swimming pool, TT table, carrom, football, etc. The property was also well furnished, spacious and tastefully decorated, which reminded me of a couple of BnBs I had visited in Europe. The site supervisor Amin was very accommodating and looked after all our requests, including flexible check in and check out. Lastly, the family enjoyed playing with the dogs - Lulu and Rambo

Wonderful property, would return again! I booked this property for a family get together, and it was worth every last penny. It was a group of five adults and a toddler and everyone had something to do at the property! The pool was clean, water was non-chlorinated and the kitchen was spotless. The terrace is an absolute vibe with good views and a fresh breeze! The caretaker staff were prompt in service. There are a couple of very good restaurants nearby and all delivery apps are available as well. The beach is at a stroll away as well! In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a laidback getaway that's still close enough to the city! 💜

Good place for small get-together and party.

Our stay was fantastic! Dev and his mom were so kind and helpful, even recommending a great place for food and shopping. The place itself was spotless and comfortable, in a quiet and clean neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I truly enJoyed and appreciated my stay at Kavin's. I would have loved to have stayed longer than the five days I was there, but I left with the pleasant thought that I could return to Kavin's whenever I pass that way again. Accommodations and amenities were precisely as described in the listing and photos, and everything functioned just fine. All my needs and interests were taken care of completely and competently. I was especially grateful to have use of a kitchen that was sufficiently equipped so that I could prepare my meals as desired. Experience has taught me that not every homestay provides what one would expect to be able to cook one's own food, so I was pleased to have access to what I needed in that regard. Personally, I liked the connection I felt with Kavin from our first meeting after my arrival. He radiated a warmth and welcomeness that I was in touch with during my entire stay. I highly recommend his accommodations for a rewarding experience.

faith villa is now our go to place .. next time wen v plan for a chennai trip , our stay wud be definitely at faith villa. v had 2 kids who are just 2 years. even they felt like being at home. as a mom i am always very particular about tye cleanliness of the place. and faith villa was beyond our expectation. so clean. a lovely place to stay. and v felt like being at a home away from home..

The place is overlooking the sea which itself is a bonus. It was very quiet with only the sea’s breeze and waves sound. The stay is very quiet and it’s a deal for the price.

It was a pleasure to stay at Lumina with my family. Rooms are massive and stylish, the pool is private and it was an extra treat to see the ocean from the bedrooms. On top of that, the staff were very helpful and the host Anthony took care of us like family, helping arranging rides, sightseeing, meals, pretty much everything! It was a luxurious retreat, I highly recommend :)
