Very lovely home. Apartment in basement with own private entrance. Nice host who responded quickly to communication. Peaceful residential area with free parking outside the house on the street. Will definitely consider booking the same accommodation if I visit Karlstad again.

It was a wonderful stay with Joakim, as it was last year. The house was very clean, well-maintained, modern and furnished with great care. The location is a dream come true for nature lovers. Joakim was immediately available for any questions and helped make the stay as enjoyable as possible. We will be happy to come back.

The house was large, with two lovely large bathrooms and good beds/mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and with a good fireplace. The house is located with a beautiful view of a water and you see an old church at the end of the water. Lovely beautiful, peaceful and harmonious view. Nice hiking opportunities in the woods right on the other side of the road. Very nice little hike through the forest with irr green moss, and a lovely view of water, forest and sky at the top. If we had more time, we should have walked more along possibly around the water and looked at the cute Swedish living rooms and farms around the water. Thank you so much for your great follow-up from the host and for sharing this amazing place with us! We would gladly came again

Cozy wood cabin in the forest with amazing view!

This place is called ‘forest escape’ and it is exactly that: a beautiful and modern cabin in the middle of the woods. Handmade by the very friendly owners. There is a large home around 30 meters from the cabin, where you can cook and sit, have a hot shower or watch tv. There is also a really good coffee machine with free coffee the whole day! The cabin is private with a view on the woods, and there is a fire place outside and even an outdoor shower. The interior is so nicely decorated with sheep skin and a fireplace, really fits this place. In the main house is a mini shop so you can even take some handmade wooden souvenirs home. Maria, the host, gave us good tips to go and see in the area and she can be reached when you have questions or wishes. Dogs are welcome but not in the service house, in consideration of other guests. We’ve experienced that dogs aren’t allowed in shops or cafes in Torsby. Källberg Forest Escape is a fantastic place for nature lovers! 🌲

Idyllic, beautiful cabin with lots of space both inside and outside for our big family. There was both clean and a homey feeling with the possibility of borrowing board games when it rained and canoeing and rowboat when the weather was better. Highly recommend.

Not much to say other than it was a great stay in great surroundings and Langlia did not disappoint. We felt at home from the moment we opened the door and sad the moment we left. Staffan was there virtually when we needed him and you can feel that he cares in all the instructions prior, upon arrival and during stay. Pleasure!

Long time users of airbnb, and this must have been our best experience. What a place, what a view! Amer was a great host, always available for questions. Great beds, nice kitchen, very cool for the kids. Lovely walks around the neighborhood, we visited Hamar and Lillehammer. ❤️ And yes, we were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the living room. ✨ Norway is a magical place and we would 100 procent recommend this lovely cabin. ❤️‍🔥🙏✨ Thanks for everything!

We had a great, relaxing stay at Pelle and Stina's place! There was everything you could need and a lot to discover. We really enjoyed the great, quiet location of the house right on the lake. The sauna and hot tub are a real highlight, for which you need some patience, but on vacation you should not be in a hurry anyway;) We will come back.

We felt right at home in Linnea and Ted's lovely house. It is very tastefully decorated. The bus in front of the door will take you to the city in no time. The lake is close by. For the art lovers: definitely visit Sandgrund by painter Lars Lerin in Karlstad.

Very nice and well-equipped house, both regarding kitchen equipment and for activities (toys, games and more). An absolutely fantastic location with space to hang out both in the garden, on the porch, jetty and inside the home. We had a lovely stay at Mjøsli - this cabin is perfect for department collection for a large bunch. The cabin is sheltered, and has an absolutely stunning view. The cabin has all the amenities and the beds were even prepared when we arrived. It was easy to connect to a TV screen to show presentations, and plenty of space for cooking, eating, and socializing, both outside and inside. Gunnar as a host made our stay great, he was proactive and followed us up both before and during our stay, always responding quickly if we had any questions. We are looking to return next year!
