The apartment is very well located, safe, and quiet. Norma welcomed us before check-in time because my flight arrived super early and then took us to a bakery park where we could have breakfast. The apartment is one block away from the Inca road and from there you can take a bus that in 10 minutes or less can take you to the electric train stop.

Great stay overall. Excellent location, and beautiful place. The apartment is very nice, new, with many restaurants around, a grocery store 2 blocks away, and great places to walk around. Loved the large floor to ceiling windows; being on the 4th floor with the trees in front, it gave us a lot of privacy, so never had to put the blinds down. David was a great host, very attentive and responsive. Thank you! I highly recommend this place!

Patricia is an excellent host, she is always attentive, she is very kind, the apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential area of Lima, close to many green areas. It is just like the photos , I give you the apartment clean and tidy. It is well equipped with all amenities I recommend it.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent from the start. The place exceeded our expectations - it was fully equipped, very clean, and offered a warm and cozy atmosphere that really made us feel at home. A detail that we highly valued was the flexibility of the host, who, before the rescheduling of our flight, allowed us to check in well before the set time. This gesture made a big difference and allowed us to start our stay quietly and comfortably. Overall, everything was spotless - the communication, the location, the comfort of the space, and the attention to detail. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to come back.

I greatly enjoyed my four week stay at Ceasar's Airbnb. The place is as good a deal as you will find in Lima in or a short walking distance to Barranco and Miraflores. Other Airbnbs in the area are at least 30% more. Google maps should show you the short cut walking route to Barranco and Miraflores. It's past the backside of the Plaza Vea (which has a great cheap supermarket in it) and eventually to the Barranco and Miraflores signs, from there you are another 5-10 minute walk to the famous cliffs that overlook the ocean. From the door of the apartment to the cliffs is about a 15-20 minute walk total. There is a nice quiet part right next to the apartment and many other parks in the nieghborhood. Ceasar and his cousin Victor who helps him run the Airbnb are both fluent in English, very honest, and will answer any questions for you. Thank you Ceasar and Victor!

Wonderful stay! Doña Paola and Diego were really extremely kind. I highly recommend this place. Everything worked perfectly and they had more than you could ask for in a good stay.

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! The truth is that the place was beautiful and although minor inconveniences were presented, they were always attentive to us and resolved it instantly. Really very nice. The area is beautiful, there are several oxxos and others around. It had a very nice and nice terrace where to be and really nice rooms. We were offered assistance and solutions and were sympathetic to our flight schedules. Really if we come back, we hope we can stay in the same place.

This is the second time staying in a Juan Daniel apartment, and it's certainly not the last. As a host it is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to buses, the Metropolitano, combis and mototaxis. If you want to know life in Lima as it really is, and buy in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

Good stay in a beautiful apartment! The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, with thoughtful treats waiting for us. Ubers were easy to find, and the building felt safe with security at the front desk. Check-in was smooth, and the host stayed in constant touch to ensure everything was going well. Elisa, the point of contact, was very helpful. The only downside was that the dryer wasn’t working, but overall, a wonderful stay. Would recommend!

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

Cecilia is very kind and responds quickly, she gave me flexibility with check-in and check-out, the place is centrally located in Miraflores, close to everything. The accommodation is small but has everything you need, what the bathroom is small, if you are a thin person and not as tall as in my case, you will be able to be fine, but if not, it could be a little uncomfortable for someone of larger size. Thank you Cecilia, I loved the location of the place.

Luis Alberto's place was perfect for our needs in Lima. Spacious and with everything you need for a long stay. One block away is the main avenue where you find connection with taxis and public transport for all of Lima, even for the airport. Great restaurants, banks, shops, and markets are just a few blocks away. I would come back without hesitation.
