It was a completely pleasant stay, the apto is nice, cozy, new, well clean, modern, all the details and decoration we liked it a lot, the view of the city from the balcony is beautiful, the residential complex is clean, the area is quiet, close to good shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Jorge is an excellent host! always attentive answering my msjs, friendly and hospitable, Zulay was also very helpful during our stay, thank you with the service they provided and we were back in this apartment on a next trip.

This is a very nice apartment in a very nice building. Very clean. Javier is an excellent host. The apartment has air conditioning, hot water, comfortable beds, a beautiful view, a very nice pool, sauna and turco. The building staff is helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Javier's apartment!

This apartment is definitely very comfortable, with a beautiful view and the building where it is located has many benefits: shared hotel services such as restaurant, pool, gym + a prime location.

Wonderful stay with a group of friends at Luis’s place. It’s spacious and very conveniently located—easy walk to the marina with restaurants and is in the historic center with lots of fun things going on day and night (so there is some noise, but it feels like an oasis nonetheless). Really enjoyed Santa Marta, would love to return! And would love to stay here again, highly recommended.

I would definitely stay there again, it is too comfortable, great location, close to shopping centers and tourist sites, it feels like home, super simple check-in and check-out, everything was spotless except for a couple of bags of packaged food that we found under the furniture, everything else super well and without any problems.

The sunsets to die for. The service is absolutely TOP notch - the team here are incredibly outgoing and wonderfully kind. The food delicious and nutritious. Lodging is I immaculate. You will spend your days bathing in the rivers, finding magical waterfalls and exploring beautiful trails. An absolute paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more. Luis was a great host—very attentive and responsive. The place is perfect for spending time with family and offers plenty of space. The only recommendation I would make is regarding the kitchen compartments under the countertop. There was a slight odor, possibly due to a need for deeper cleaning in that area, and we had to wash all of the pots and pans to remove some of the smell. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we really enjoyed the space!

We had an unforgettable time in this house: tranquility, cleanliness, shade and good amenities of the house. Mai Villa, the management of the house took very good care of us. I especially liked their open nature, objectivity and solutions. We come from the village and brought our children and it was not an issue. They were also welcome. The neighborhood is also pleasant. Thanks for everything. We'll be happy to come back.

Our stay in Colombia at this very beautiful home made me feel like thee most important visitor in El Prado! The house is very spacious and has such a unique decor that it is a diamond in the rough! Zobe was the house attendant and she made me and my family feel like royalty. I can’t say enough about her and her proactive approach to every detail! I celebrated my birthday and she cooked a very special meal that was 5 out of 5 stars! The garden was picturesque and every morning I sat on the patio to drank my coffee enjoying the ambiance! If you sleep in the room closest to the front, you will hear traffic due to the semi busy street the house is on. There is also what sounds like an owl that hoots most of the night so bring some ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Overall I give this house flying stars, mainly because of how well kept the home is and Zobeida was an angle! Hire her too!! You won’t regret it.

the apartment is very spacious, and its appliances are very complete, the detail of having coffee we loved it, we had beach and bath towels, the airs worked very well, the kitchen is spacious, the balcony is large and with a very good view. The condominium is very complete and safe. you have to pay 50,000 Colombian pesos per person upon arrival to the place, it is a value that must be taken into account as extra to the value paid.

We liked a lot, we saw that we had all the comforts that one normally has at home, that was what we liked most. Also the area, because we could be on the beach and then in the afternoon a tour of the shopping center. You could see the sunset from the very nice balcony,as well as highlighting its proximity to the beach and the airport. The building also offers a pool and game room that are very helpful.

We booked Andres’ apartment the night before we were due to arrive in Santa Marta because our other booking didn’t have great amenities. Andres was extremely communicative for our entire visit and the apartment was immaculate for our large group with 2 kids. The building was fantastic with a pool and beach access and the apartment itself was just as described. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well kept and we appreciated the in unit washer and dryer after our beach days. Would highly recommend this apartment and host.

Excellent service!! The photos do not honor the accommodation, it was much more than I expected, the apartment was large, too nice, very complete between utensils and more than necessary for a stay, the spectacular condominium, private beach the social areas the serivicios 100/10. Thank you!!

A very nice apt, with all the amenities, well located, the condominium has everything, to go with family and with children highly recommended, we made use of the spa, the kiosks, jacuzzi, swimming pools, it was a great experience We left an icopor fridge so that the next guests can go down to the beach with their drinks, the service in the kiosks is quite slow then better to have their cold drinks on hand

Great place to stay, the suite was clean and the communication whit the host was easy and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Loved the area. Loved the apartment. The staff of the complex was amazing. Air worked great. Kitchen had everything needed to cook great meals. Will certainly return!!
